You live with walking distance to Bokskogen, just outdoor swimming as well as the nice golf course The National. If you want to go to Malmö, the bus stop is only 200 meters away, and if you prefer the bike, there are also nice bike paths. The home has a queen bed in the loft, as well as a pull-out bed that seats two in the living room. There is a beautiful bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen, where there are both dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.

Fastigheten är omgiven av gröna fält och paddockar. Den fantastiska naturen runt huset är vacker och lugn oavsett årstid. Med endast fågelsång och två grannar på avstånd, ligger det säkert för en lugn vistelse. Men, ändå med närhet till buss, tåg, supermarket, allt på bara 5 minuter med cykel. Centralt, men exklusivt avskilt. Bra läge för både familjer(ej små små barn) och företagare med närhet till hela Öresundsregionen, och 2 flygplatser. Malmö Airport och Kastrup också på köravstånd.
