A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center! Here you have all the amenities and functions! The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. Cleaning included. Comfortable trip!

Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. The two guest cabins are only heated April-November. Municipal water Wifi 4G
