Lovely half-timbered house, in a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city center and just steps from the cliff path and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in great condition and offers kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood-burning stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Make some amazing memories in this idyllic and family-friendly cottage right down to the rocky coast! Bølshavn is one of the small fishing villages on the coast of Bornholm with small fishermen's houses sparkling in the sun, a small harbor, and a local an inn. Here you can enjoy a morning dip in the Baltic Sea, walks along cliff and sandy beaches, angling trips, as well as beautiful sunsets from the panoramic window on the first floor. The sights of Bornholm are not far from the sights, cozy small towns, smokehouses, and activities for children.

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Hip bar and bistro in town.

Gittes house is very nicely quietly located on the outskirts of Svaneke. You can walk to the center of town and the harbor in a few minutes. The historical flair of the entire city reaches into the living area. Gitte is a very nice host and was always quickly available for questions. We were able to relax very well in the house and the very nice garden.

I had a great stay and enjoyed Niels' place very much. It is a nice apartment in the middle of Svaneke and it is very well furnished. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the harbor or restaurants. Niels is a great host who always responded quickly and reliably, but also wrote proactively. Since I will go the coastal trail again, I would like to stay with Niels again. Thank you Niels!

My kids, dog and I just spent 10 days in Pernille and Jeppe's lovely annex, and the place is highly recommended. On the one hand, it was very centrally located in Svaneke, just 2 minutes from the cozy square, and partly we felt SO welcome, both as a guest in the annex and their lovely garden, but also in their home, where the door was always open for both children and dog. Should we make our way past Bornholm another time, we will be happy to book their cozy annex again🌸💕🌸

What a great house. We really felt at home and enjoyed the large common room. Beautiful little town for walks and coziness.
