There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Idyllisk Svaneke-hus med udsigt til Vigehavn

Skønt bindingsværkshus, i seperat længe på Vigegården ved Vigehavn i Svaneke. Huset ligger få minutters gang fra Svaneke centrum og kun få skridt fra klippestien og har udsigt til Vigehavn. Huset indeholder tre soveværelser, hvor det ene er med to indbyggede juniorsenge - der kan dog nemt kan stilles to enkeltsenge i stedet for. Huset er i fin stand og byder på køkken-alrum, stue, badeværelse og egen terrasse mod syd. Der er god isolering, fjernvarme og brændeovn og udlejes derfor hele året.

Nyd et skønt ophold ved vandet. I dette dejlige hus vågner du op med udsigt over vandet og sol opgang. Lige udenfor døren mod øst, går stien langs vandet fra Svaneke til Listed havn. Går man mod syd langs vandet, kommer man forbi havnen, Svaneke Brød, fyrtårnet og havner på Sydøst for Paradis som er øens hyggeligeste café, der ligger på stranden i mellem klipperne. Hvor der er volleyball bane og vippe udspring. Så har man brug for hygge gåture, bade i vandet, er dette unikke sted oplagt

Hyggeligt arkitekttegnet træhus ved havet

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen i havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger helt ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Chr Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, derfor er kæledyr ikke tilladt. NB! Gæster skal selv medbringe sengelinned, håndklæder, karklude, viskestykker + shampoo mv.

Bølshavn er en af de små fiskerbyer på Bornholms kyst med små fiskerhuse, der glitrer i solen, en lille havn, og en lokal en kro. Her kan nydes en morgendukkert i Østersøen, gåture langs klippe- og sandstrande, lystfiskeriture, samt smukke solnedgange fra panoramavinduet på første sal. Der er ikke langt til seværdighederne på Bornholm, hyggelige småbyer, røgerier, og aktiviteter for børn.

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Spacious house with fabulous sea view and close to the ocean. Houses up to eight people. Stairs are child safe and children/baby beds and chairs are available. Three bedrooms on three floors (top floor: 1x double and 1xsingle bed, living room floor: 1x double bed, basement: 2x double bed). New bathroom and 2xtoilets. Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Hip bar and bistro in town.

Gittes Haus ist sehr schön ruhig am Rand von Svaneke gelegen. Man erreicht die Ortsmitte und den Hafen in wenigen Gehminuten. Das historische Flair der gesamten Stadt reicht bis in den Wohnbereich. Gitte ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und war für Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns im Haus und dem sehr schönen Garten sehr gut erholen können.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt und habe die Unterkunft von Niels sehr genossen. Es ist eine hübsche Wohnung mitten in Svaneke und sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Zum Hafen oder zu den Restaurants sind es nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß. Niels ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet, aber auch pro aktiv geschrieben hat. Da ich den Küstenwanderweg nochmals gehen werde, würde ich gerne wieder bei Niels wohnen. Danke Niels!

Mine børn, hund og jeg har netop tilbragt 10 dage i Pernille og Jeppes skønne anneks, og stedet kan varmt anbefales. Dels lå det meget centralt i Svaneke, blot 2 min. fra det hyggelige torv, og dels følte vi os SÅ velkommen, både som gæst i annekset og deres skønne have, men også i deres hjem, hvor døren altid stod åben for både børn og hund. Skulle vi lægge vejen forbi Bornholm en anden gang, vil vi med glæde booke deres hyggelige anneks igen🌸💕🌸

Så fedt hus. Vi følte os virkelig hjemme og nød det store fællesrum. Skøn lille by til gåture og hygge.

Jättefint hus som vi planerar att återvända till med jättetrevlig och kommunikativ värd som var lätt att kommunicera med. Vi är supernöjda och kunde inte önska oss mer av vår vistelse på Bornholm. Tack!
