Beautiful, modern, new, tasteful home with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our family time in Anglesea. Great location with easy walk to shops, river, pub and a little further to the beach but still walkable. Cannot recommend Paula and Mike’s place more highly! Paula was quick to respond and always friendly and accommodating. We hope to be back very soon!

If I could give Zoe's home 10 stars I would. We LOVED our stay. The house is so lovely and Zoe provided so many nice little extra touches that we felt like special guests. Zoe was also super responsive when we had questions and flexible with our check-in and check-out times to ensure we could make the most of our getaway. Special mention to one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Thank you Zoe for making sure we had such a beautiful holiday. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had!

Brand new, clean, nice fire place, close to main street shops, nice trees well appointed, had a good stay.

Lovely spacious modern house with unique styling. Gorgeous windows with a lovely view, it was very peaceful and relaxing. Location was good but be aware you can't walk out the back onto the golf course pathway as it's members only. We enjoyed our stay but the house was definitely missing a few things (house manual, hairdryer, coffee machine, basic staples) that I would have expected from a luxury offering. I was advised the owners were new so hopefully they will add these necessities for future guests. Disappointed there was only 1 sun lounger but otherwise the pool area was lovely with a comfy couch.

This house felt like home to me. Amazing water front peaceful place to enjoy your vacation. Ready Set Stay Staff was very helpfull and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this place. we will definitely return in the future.

Lovely property and a very responsive and welcoming host

Wayne is a great host. The property is within the Barrabool Maze Estate. We had access to the entire estate whilst there and our son had a fantastic time doing the maze a few times. There's also a variety of birds and a playground and lots of other things to see. A great cafe with great service and yummy food. The house itself is filled with beautiful art, knick knacks and very spacious. Clean rooms, has everything you need for a weekend stay and felt very private. Not too far from Geelong or surrounding towns. Recommend if you're ever wanting to stay somewhere not too far from a city but wanting quiet & relaxing surroundings.

This cottage is on a big property with other cottages and the host’s residence - you’d never know it though, it’s extremely private and we didn’t see anyone during our stay (other than the friendly alpacas coming to visit in the mornings 😁). The cottage itself is as you’d imagine it from the photos. The little reading room with big comfy chairs and a lovely view of the valley was a favourite, as was the balcony with the same view. The house is very comfortable, though the shower is tricky and one of the single beds is quite squeaky. Overall we were very happy here and would stay again.

Our group of 5 all equally enjoyed our stay at the Cottage - we found everything was just as described in the listing and the relative seclusion made us feel as if we were on holiday. We'll definitely stay here again.

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
