My family have a great time staying at this cosy and comfortable place

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Inverloch. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and cafes. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had a relaxing coastal vibe

Lovely little gem, easy to get the bus into town to have a few wines! John was the loveliest host and made us feel really comfortable, showed us his impressive wine-making, gave some great local advice and made sure we got on the right bus to town for dinner.

We had the best stay at Steve’s place! We had three families and it was perfect. A huge living entertaining space downstairs and another large space upstairs. Big bedrooms, split con systems upstairs and downstairs in the living rooms and space heaters in the main bedroom and both queen rooms upstairs. About a ten minute walk from Coles/the top of the main strip and 8 minute walk from Mon Dieu (great brunch/coffee), location was also really handy. Lots of amenities (table tennis, kids toys, swings outside) and Netflix on the telly. Steve was super responsive and we will definitely be back!

Peaceful escape with nothing to do but enjoy the view and relax. Accomodation is comfortable and has all you need in terms of amenities. James is a great host and it’s great to have a dog friendly place with a great and secure yard.

We had a lovely stay over the long weekend at Sharon’s place. Set in a quiet cul de sac within a direct 5 minutes walk to the beach, this place is ideal for couples looking for a getaway. The unit is beautifully appointed with great facilities and plenty of room. A straightforward 20 mins walk into the town with plenty of options to grab a coffee. Highly recommended.

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

We stayed here for one night after being at a friends wedding locally - would recommend :)

My group of friends and I had a fabulous weekend celebrating our milestone birthdays. The house is very comfortable for large groups and the spa was a great social space. The heater kept us cosy and we had a very enjoyable time!

What a great stay. The accommodation was perfect. Eight of us girls stayed over a weekend to celebrate my birthday and there was loads of room for everyone. It’s just like the photos, even better. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because it was too cold, but was still nice to look at. The house is surrounded by loads of running/walking tracks, cafes and things to do. It was such a great stay. My only negative comment is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

The place was very comfortable and extremely handy being close to everything. Sally was very obliging to all our requests. We would fully recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying there!

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

We had a good 2 nights stay at Andrew’s, smiths beach just down the road. My kids really enjoyed the beach and the games provided in the suite. Place was cosy and had everything we needed.

Gorgeous home that has everything you could need, surrounded by lovely gardens that attract birdlife. Quiet, peaceful location with views to Westernport Bay. Ian could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommended.

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a **perfect home away from home**, especially with kids, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning! Lynette’s place is wonderful. So many unique touches. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach! She had everything we could have needed and more. Kids books, toys, cot, bikes and heaps of outdoor games for them. It was such a special place and one we hope to return to someday.

Have stayed a number of times at Hollywood at Smith. The property lovely. Beautifully fitted out and spotlessly clean. Suzie is an excellent responsive, friendly and helpful host. A perfect option for either a single or couple. Especially convenient (less than 5 min drive) to the Phillip Island race track if attending or participating in an event there.
