Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sur

Mar's house is simply wonderful. Great individual location in the middle of beautiful nature and yet beautifully decorated. After a short time you can fully relax and yet it is only 30 minutes from Madrid by car (necessary!). Mar runs a riding stable, which is called a pony farm, but the horses are large enough for adults and very well cared for. There are paid riding lessons on the weekend, which you could take part in and private rides through the countryside can also be arranged (we did). We recovered super well in the 4 days and would come back any time! Thank you!

Communication with Sergio was smooth and efficient. Both before, during and after our stay. The house was very tidy and fully equipped. Due to the location, a car is recommended, for example for shopping, but Sergio had clearly communicated this in advance. In short: recommended!

We loved the house and the truth is that if it catches your attention in the photos, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and for the owners, who answered all our questions and helped us recover a suitcase that we left behind.

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Amazing place. The house is integrated into nature, surrounded by ash trees, oaks, gall oaks... Birds and rocks. Very peaceful. The house is a good size, not very large and very tastefully decorated. There are many details to make you feel at home. We were able to use the pool, which was a lot of fun. Very attentive hosts. We left delighted.

We had an excellent stay. Javier’s daughter let us into the property and showed us around, she was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, which we were very grateful for. Garden area was lovely, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ or swimming pool as visit was in April and it wasn’t warm enough but garden would be fantastic in the summer months. We were pleasantly surprised that we could securely park our large (Ford Tourneo Custom) family car on the driveway- inside automatic gates, which allowed us easy loading and unloading of our luggage. We visited Parque Warner and Parque de Atracciones both of which were only a 25/30 minute drive away. Would throughly recommend staying in this property, house was spacious and had everything we needed for a brilliant stay. Thank you Javier! Xx

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place at the perfect distance from everything. In front of the Opera, two blocks from Gran Via and totally changeable, shops and restaurants. Vibrant tourist Madrid in all its splendor from this place. We took it to rest for a stopover between Africa and America and we took two nights of perfect rest. It's two floors up but it's worth it for the comfort and good taste of the apartment, the magnificent furnishings. Thank you so much for having us, we rested and had a great time. The whole team is very formal.

Great stay at Pilar’s for a family of 4. We asked for a parking spot and it was made available. Small, but well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Very clean. Spic and span. Latest appliances. Cute goodies like small cakes. Cheerful messages and paintings on walls. Fresh clean bedsheets and comforters.

There were 3 of us and we were very happy with David's apartment, we recommend it! Very spacious, well decorated, central and with all the necessary implements for cooking, in the bathroom, closets, etc. Despite having windows with natural light, it can be a little dark since it is in a basement, so if you need 100% natural light, it may not be your place. We were a little nervous about the comments about the bathroom, but the truth is that it was much better than we expected. It has a glass door with a blurred effect and also a screen that you can put up for more privacy. The space is very spacious, technological, with air conditioning and the truth is that 10/10. David was also very attentive, always answered all our questions and left us a complimentary breakfast that we appreciated a lot because we arrived late at the apartment.

Great location and home base for our first visit to Madrid. The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Javier was a very communicative, responsive host and we had no complaints! Some street noise (dampened by the windows) that ultimately did not bother us, but was still audible at night.

I had a wonderful time at Adela's place. She was a wonderful host and incredibly helpful with things like doing laundry, extra towels etc. Communication was excellent and it was the perfect balance between attentive hosting and respecting privacy. I was particularly impressed with how well the small kitchen was equipped. The AC was also a godsend when temperatures went up to 35°C. However, the best part about the apartment is the wonderful terrace - already miss having dinner out there. I would 100% come back.

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. It is very clean and has all the necessary utensils for the stay. It is located in a quiet and easy to reach area. Alberto was attentive at all times and gave me very good recommendations. I recommend it 100%

Excellent house for a large group of people. It has all the comforts and spaces necessary for large groups.

The house is great, perfect for going with friends. It's comfortable, clean and has beautiful views. You are in the middle of nature for good walks from the door of the house. Ismael, the owner, has been wonderful, very friendly and always willing to help.

We have rented the accommodation between 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: pool, bbq, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, do board games, etc. while the rest could rest without problem. And Teba, the host, super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

A wonderful few days with friends staying at this beautiful villa in Becerril de la Sierra. Very modern, spotless villa with great amenities as described. Accommodating and friendly hosts who have great local recommendations. Would recommend to anyone!

Very nice and cozy place. Very nice owners and guardians upon arrival and checkout. We were allowed to stay longer after checkout. We brought coffee as a gift. Everything was great

We absolutely loved our stay at VistaMadrid. We had a brilliant time using the pool and the interior is amazing. We loved having meals outside on the terrace and chilling by the pool. The house was equipped with lots of great amenities, and 14 min walk from a supermarket. Easy to find & Fransisco was very welcoming and responsive to any queries throughout the stay. Only downside was the bathroom situation in the loft, as there was no door, just a privacy screen, but we made it work. We struggled with 1 tea towel, so would recommend more. And the decking is uneven and a hazard (my mum did fall & hurt herself). Overall, it was a great stay, and well represented by the pics and description from the Airbnb site. We even managed to check out a bit later due to our flight time & Fransisco being so accommodating. We had a brilliant extra day by the pool, which was very appreciated! Thanks so much for being brilliant hosts, we would definitely stay again!

We had a great end!! The house is perfect for a family, not the lack of anything, it has very well distributed spaces, what it does, that each area has its charm. It was very clean upon our arrival. Agustín, a host of 10, resolved the doubts at all times, responded quickly and very kindly, always had a close treatment and that is very appreciated. Flexible with schedule. Mention, to the gentleman who opened the house for us, very nice and helpful! We hope to come back warm to enjoy the fish
