Loft vacation rentals in Sur

We chose this place because of its proximity to the Metropolitan Stadium for a concert. Close to the airport and easy to get to, plus self check-in by code, so no physical keys were needed. Angela answered any questions at all times. The air conditioning was a plus, due to the extreme heat. Thank you for everything.

Cozy apartment, in a very well located area. It has a subway station steps from the front door. There is a stow your bag right next to the entrance. I recommend it.

Amazing place to stay at, I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb! It is in the heart of Madrid and had great restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. I plan to stay here again in the near future as it was a great location. The hosts are incredible people!

The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Excellent space and excellent hosts. The place is comfortable, clean, spacious and perfect for long or short stays. It is on the 0th floor and is perfect because we had 4 very heavy suitcases. There's a supermarket one block away. Two blocks away is the Palos de la Frontera subway station and a lot of shops (restaurants) around. It is quiet at night and ideal if you want to be close to Atocha station or because of El Retiro. Thank you very much for hosting me

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

Excellent service, the place is very central but it is not bustling

I had a great time and had easy transport access for everything. The area is friendly and full of local shops and cafes. the hosts are great at communicating everything I needed and I look forward to going back. it's a great place to stay and also is cool in hot weather so very comfortable.

Both the accommodation and Karena, the hostess, are amazing. Extremely clean and complete accommodation. Excellent beds. Environment outperforms images. Karena is a careful, attentive host who is always quick to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

The accommodation is located in a good spot within the city of Madrid, close to bus stops and the subway. I felt right at home, it's clean, comfortable and very well furnished. I'd choose it again if I ever go back to Madrid!

David and Gaby's attention to everything was phenomenal. Attentive to any help they can provide for a better stay in Madrid. The loft is as described in the listing, and it has very good subway connections. Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.

The place is wonderful! Everything is brand new, clean, well maintained and the location is the icing on the cake. Close to the market, restaurants, bus stop and subway station. I loved it, I'd definitely stay again!

Easy access to public transportation. Fairly new building. Popular area. Grocery nearby. I got there late but Helena’s son met me. Very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great location that is walkable to the city center and close to the Metro. The apartment has lots of natural light along with blackout window coverings for a great night of sleep. Ál is a fantastic host and provides many additional amenities to make you feel right at home. Thanks Ál for making our stay in Madrid comfortable and fun!
