Perfect location right between Madrid and Toledo. Super nice, large house with Spanish flair but modern standards. Very clean and well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. Beds were too hard for our taste. The garden invites you to relax and is very private and shielded from view. Small info: There is now a room with two single beds (90x200cm) and a bathroom is quite freshly renovated. Great, large shower! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thanks to the host family.

A spectacular house to spend a few days with friends or family. Conditioned to be all together and comfortable. Fully equipped and very spacious house and very cool pool area. We'll definitely repeat it.

We loved the house and the truth is that if it catches your attention in the photos, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and for the owners, who answered all our questions and helped us recover a suitcase that we left behind.

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful house. With breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The pool is quite large, so easy to do some swimming. We liked to just read a book on the terrace...peaceful relaxing! The region has much to offer and some of the best historical landmarks of Spain are just a scenic drive away. (like the Real Monasterio de San Lorenzo de El Escorial) Many thanks Vanessa for helping us -proactively- during our stay. Making sure we had all we needed...truly gold service! :)

We had a great week at Irene's place. The outside is very private, not overlooked, and the pool as well as the view is amazing. The interior of the house is beautiful. Quiet, 30 minutes from Madrid. We would recommend Irene's house without hesitation.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment in great location of Madrid. Apartment was well-stocked with kitchen utensils to prepare meals if we chose, but also in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Super quiet block. Access to parking garage was a bonus. Pilar was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to any communication. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and house, the town mayor we went to for two days has a fair, especially interesting. The house is very newly renovated and well equipped. My friends enjoyed it.

We've been super good. We were traveling with a baby and although I did not explain well how we were going to sleep, they were very kind and made us an extra bed. They were very attentive to everything, and they were very kind, without a doubt the service is fantastic. The place is great, the terrace and pool are wonderful. We would definitely come back.

This is the second time we have booked this accommodation and we would definitely repeat it. The house has everything, areas to have fun, chat, rest and refresh. Also, I would like to highlight the kindness of the hosts. They make sure that nothing is missing, they explain in great detail how to get there, they answer quickly... 10-star accommodation, because you can't give an 11!! Thank you for everything :)

Our stay was great. The house is well equipped. I especially highlight the views and the tranquility that is breathed. I slept like I hadn't been there for a long time. The shame was not being able to use the hammocks because they were washing. The contact with Pablo was perfect and the check-in and check-out was very easy and smooth

We spent 4 days at CriteriaHome, we wanted to do activities in downtown Madrid, but without having to drive through it, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the commuter train and 20 minutes from the metro station. From the first moment Julia took care of us wonderfully and gave us the corresponding directions. We felt right at home.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, as shown in the photographs, very clean, well cared for and with everything you need for a stay like at home: coffee maker, toaster, kitchenette, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, iron... Also about 2/3 minutes from the metro stop. Very attentive hosts respond right away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🙂

This Airbnb was amazing. It was super clean, stylish, and somehow even better than the photos. Odette was an incredible host. She was very flexible with our late 2am check-in after our flight and had the place fully stocked with kitchen utensils, plus some food to get us started until we could go shopping. The location was perfect—very walkable, close to the metro, and surrounded by great restaurants and sights. After we checked in, Odette sent us a long list of recommendations, and we ended up visiting almost all of them and loved each one. She was also super responsive and kind when we accidentally got locked out, and she helped us right away. We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back.

The accommodation is very well located, close to subway station (A 10 minute walk) is very close to the royal palace of Madrid. The complete apartment has all the items to make a breakfast and prepare small meals. The host left us coffee , sugar and tea capsules at our disposal. I recommend this place to everyone.

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

The flat is nice and confortable, it was a perfectly adequate home away from hom for my stay in Madrid.

Comfortable place to stay, my husband and I enjoyed our time.
