NO PETS, because of severe allergies. Cute, 1100 square foot home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. About 3 blocks from hospital,4 blocks from EOU. A great view of Table mountain from the dining room table. Often you can watch wildlife. Nice sized yard for barbecues. Newly remodeled bathroom. Large tub. Brand new washer and dryer. Close to shops. Located in a historic home district. There's a fun walking tour that can be done from the house.Large screen Roku t.v. in living room.
