Sivesh warmly welcomed us on our arrival and introduced us to the lovely house. The house was big, warm and full of characters. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was really good. Pathma was very responsive when we had a question about Wi-Fi. They also provided a highchair and a cot for my baby, which was very accommodating. The baby watched loads of planes taking off from the kitchen window, which was new and exciting for him and definitely a plus point for us!

Perfect for our short stay. Room was clean and thoughtfully equipped with things like a hairdryer and disposable cutlery. Checking in was easy with hosts prompt instructions upon arrival. Host was welcoming and attentive. As we were getting in at late hours from a festival, the privacy was appreciated for resting in the mornings.

Our return trip on the train to Manchester Piccadilly, from Wilmslow station, on Sunday, for 2 people, was only around twelve pounds. Additionally, many trains coming from London to Manchester (and v.v.), do stop at Wilmslow. So, if you are coming to Manchester for a break, and want a pleasant location outside the city, Wilmslow (and, indeed, June’s Airbnb “The Garage”) are a good choice.
