This very large historic home was perfect for our family to stay for a wedding at the Historic Fire Station #2 Venue. There was lots of parking on site with additional on street. All the rooms were HUGE and well supplied with linens, soap and hair products. The interior was stunning...hardwood floors, high coffered ceilings...and the large front porch with the best rockers...all amazing! Due to the endless rains the grass was over grown, but was mowed after we arrived. The back deck and the outdoor furniture needs some love and attention as well as the gardens/landscaping. But overall an excellent experience!

I’m being so genuine when I say I left this place saying “I’ll miss you!” My daughter and I cooked wonderful food. Put together a puzzle we bought at the local thrift store on a rainy day. I sipped my coffee, and read two books peacefully. We laughed, watched a movie. I will for sure be back to visit this exact home when I see my daughter while she is attending school. Thank you so much for helping me create wonderful memories with my daughter 😊

We had a fantastic stay! The property was absolutely beautiful — spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Very quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys in the mornings. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at one of Mike's places, everything has been very nice. The house was super clean and is a great place for a quick vacation, or a longer stay. I would recommend all of Mike's vacation properties to friends and family! Thanks! Joe
