We are local and booked Lori & Don’s place because we were having work done on our house and it was close to our home. I’m so glad we did! I’d give them a 10 star rating if I could. They were welcoming and kind, yet we felt we had our privacy. The amount of snacks, breakfast fixings that included fresh eggs, juices and waters were more than I’ve ever had at an Airbnb! We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Will definitely keep their charming place in mind, when we have out of town guests. Thank you, Don and Lori!!!!

This is a well equipped, unique home. The rooms are replete with historical pieces, many of which are described with wall labels. It is obvious that the owner invested considerable thought in decorating the home.

Great Discovery Bay location! Walking distance to Mountain Mikes Pizza, tennis/pickleball courts, and other services. Open floor plan with room to spread out and hang out. Exterior patio overlooks the delta and is a great place to relax and unwind. Would love to stay again in the future.

My second stay here and it does not disappoint. This place is quiet and secluded but near anything you might want to jaunt to in either Lodi or Stockton. My trip was for relaxation, sleep, and just personal downtime. There is some freeway noise, but only if you are outside. Inside, quiet as a mouse. On this trip, the lights in the kitchen were out. Gary was prompt to respond, came to fix them (a darn breaker flipped) which took no time at all, and was extremely aware and respectful of me in the space. Top notch service, in deed. I camped in front of the fireplace my entire stay. I picked up groceries from Raleys in Stockton, and was able to cook all my meals and dined with the very pretty stoneware that nicely matches the cottage vibe. I did not go outside much as this was a peace-and-quiet kind of trip, but the yards (front and back) are quite inviting. Even a stroll in the vineyard is nice. Highly recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay at Mimi's cottage. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed for a great stay.

Gloria was an excellent host, she responded quickly to the questions I had. the house was super clean an my wife an sister loved how she has decorated it the only draw back was no kitchen table or TV trays to eat on. we were a little spoiled last year with the middle level having the table an grill right there for BBQing same as last year we loved the dock an having are boat right there in the water.

This place is an oasis overlooking the lake!! Not only is the house super adorable but the deck a view is a that allows to appreciate nature!! Have a question, don’t you worry Todd is with you every step of the way!!! From quick response to updates about what’s happing in the area! Michelle is very friendly and very responsive. She provided a place to store our bicycles. It was a very peaceful location.

Beautiful home , GREAT host I would love to come back and highly recommend to anyone interested. Private entrance and parking , clean well stocked quite neighborhood .

My family enjoyed a nice weekend at the lake with the help of Tassa’s lake side property. It was a perfect spot to host 12 people, plenty of beds and space for everyone to get together and we even had access to the lake which was great. The boat launches at the lake we’re closed during our visit but Tassa gave us a heads up prior to our stay and we were able to make accommodations. Great place to stay and great host! Very happy with our visit

Our stay was amazing! There were seven of us, plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor spaces are incredible. We ate dinner around the pool our first night with the sound of the Calaveras River rushing in the background. The gas grill was perfect for cooking steaks. Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the kitchen deck watching the deer and fox that passed through. The bed were comfy, plenty of towel were provided as well as pool towels. Soap and shampoo provided as well! The only drawback was that we were there for only two nights. Jp and Maria were very responsive to the few question I had. We would most definitely recommend a stay there!

We came for our anniversary and felt right at home! The views were beautiful, being in a tiny house is so fun, enjoyed our meals on the patio and got to hang out with the goats and horses. Don’t forget to bring apples and carrots!!! We forgot the first night and got to pet the animals but went into town the next day to get snacks for our new friends. We also got to use the pool and enjoy a nice, quiet surrounding. Had we not forgot the snacks for the animals, we would have no reason to leave. Everything is so comfy and fun.

Stayed here while working as a travel nurse in French camp, CA. It’s a 40 min drive but it’s an easy commute (no stoplights and typically minimal traffic). The cabin is near Rio Vista (15 min drive) where you can grocery shop and the local market, get gas etc. It’s 30-40 mins from Lodi, CA where there is a well supplied Walmart and typical fast food and restaurants. Downtown Isleton seems to have a few restaurants of its own but I didn’t drive into town due to my schedule. I chose to live here over Stockton for my safety and this community is very welcoming and friendly. I would describe this place as a cabin rather than a tiny house. There is a good amount of space here. I would stay here again!

The place was a great find and perfect to spend with our two dogs! I really loved that the pool was open for them too. One loves the water and the other hates it 😆. Though we found out that she really loved watching the goats grazing and running in and out of their shed. We also got to say hi to the horse and miniature horse on our first day! Just as Meredith said, they are super friendly! I would definitely come back here when the pasture is more lush again, it was mentioned that it’s typically Dec-May. In late spring to summer you can expect more mosquitoes and flys which can’t be helped, we did our best keeping them out of the cabin. The copper tub in the loft was a nice touch as well, I loved using it at the end of the day. While I love my dogs and husband, it was so nice to also get some “me” time on our trip.
