Beautiful, quiet, private & serene barn apartment (built in 2021) with country views of the Texas sunrise & sunset from the patio. Secure & Safe!! Located away from all the hotels! Farmhouse look/feel. Great WiFi, abundant driveway parking (oversized parking available) and a wraparound corner patio. Close to I-40 (3 miles), yet far enough away that it doesn't feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Less than 10 minutes from Amarillo where all the amenities of “city life” are available.

One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a twin. Enjoy the sunset on the back deck. A 50 inch smart tv is in the living room. Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

The house has been completely remodeled with approximately 1800 square feet of living space. It has a walk-in shower as part of the master bedroom. Floors are all tile and wood.

This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and freshly remodeled. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small efficiency, 1 room with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

It is located next to a small canyon. We’ve even had deer in the front yard. This house is only about 20 minutes away from Lake Meredith. There are several hiking trails, biking trails, boating, fishing, and of course, swimming at the lake. No pets allowed…
