Stay out of the ordinary with exclusive decor, and uniquely located on a large natural plot. The villa is from 2022 and includes, among other things, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as master-bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. It's less than 2 km to the train station, HCA's house, pedestrian street, and so on. Skibhusvej itself is an atmosephere-filled commercial street with cafes and restaurants. The apartment contains a smaller kitchen with service for six people, stovetop, fridge, oven and possibility of laundry by appointment. In addition, your own toilet and shower. There is free coffee and tea.

The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

I had a great stay in this lovely basement room for a month. The space was cozy, quiet, and perfect for working, thanks to a spacious desk. Inge was very kind and always available to help. The basement had a microwave, fridge and essentials for meals, while the main kitchen was shared. I also had access to the laundry, which was very convenient. The surroundings were beautiful and full of nature, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!
