Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. The property looked like it was featured online. The host paid a lot of attention to decorating detail to make the place homey, comfortable, well-stocked with amenities and relaxing. It was spacious. The host gave us excellent suggestions for fine dining and responded promptly to inquiries. We would stay here again and/or refer to friends.

This little old but completely updated cottage sits amongst old towering oak trees, and is set back along rock Creek. It is an absolute hidden gem. It is very new to the Airbnb scene, so there are a few minor kinks and details to be taken care of, but it was the obvious the owners were in the process of doing so. Anthony was a gracious host and we cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely loved this place I’ve only stayed at beach homes for the most part of my Airbnb experiences but this by far felt like home! Host was very responsive didn’t even have to wait 10mins for a response! I would definitely book again if i come out this way in the future! Very homey!!
