Cozy guest cottage in scenic, calm neighborhood. The cabin is located just over 4 km from the city centre and on walking distance to the sea and exercise tracks. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer compartment, stove, oven and microwave. Toilet with shower, washer and dryer. There is a 90 bed plus a sofa bed which is 150cm wide. If necessary, there is also the possibility of an inflatable mattress. The cottage has its own terrace where you enjoy the sun most of the day. The cottage is located next to the main building.

The cottage consists of living room with seating area with modern sofa bed for 2 people (140cm) In the appendix there are two single beds that easily can be put together to a double bed Several nice bathing places are within 300-1000 meters, the surroundings also offer nice walking paths in beautiful environment. 2.5 km away is Stenungs Torg with 65 shops and all conceivable services. Modern house with unique design and beautiful sea view. The house has a combined living room and kitchen with space for nice dinners. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/wc. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Outside the terrace around the whole house with seating groups in different weather strokes. On the terrace with sea view a wood fired hot tub.
