In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. You'll love the place because of the setting that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The eat-in kitchen + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is surrounded by greenery. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically situated house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is fenced and therefore suitable for infants and four-legged children.

Aloa your holiday tyre, please read the description carefully. Most of the questions are answered on their own. Also all kinds of misunderstandings. If I have to read again that the accommodation is very outside or it is "just an apartment" and not a whole house, then I have to cry. The apartment is 120sqm and can accommodate 8 adults and a baby. Per day you pay four (plus baby) 99 euros. Each additional person costs 15 euros. A holiday snapper!
