We have Wi-Fi but NO TV. NO smoking or vaping or pets on property- $500+ fine enforced. Message me regarding possible discounts allowed for 1-night stays & fewer guests. Garage not for guest use.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Minimum 30 night stay. Newly renovated! Near hospitals, SCSU campus (especially the Husky Arena), in a quiet cul-de-sac. This unit has 2 bedrooms and an office with a pull-out couch. This apt unit is on the top floor as to not have anyone walking above. The building has exterior security cameras for peace of mind. The stay was great neighbors were very friendly, 2 dollars to was 2 dollars to dry you need quarters, Walmart gas station and local restaurants was very close 7-10 drive.

Great stay! Floors were bit dirty, but everything else was spotless! Host was very responsive and gave excellent instructions for everything! Amazing experience, would stay again!

Comfy duplex in St. Cloud.

We had a great stay here. The place was very nice, and everything was maintained nicely. Snow was plowed regularly. We felt right at home here. Allison is very easy to talk with, and all concerns and questions were answered promptly. there is even a fourh bed/futon in the basement, not listed in the ad. The setup in this three story home was very ideal for my kids and I. Will gladly return.

Amazing house for a large group! We had 14 people staying here plus two dogs and it worked really well. The back yard is peaceful and beautiful, and a portion is fenced for the dogs which they enjoyed! The large porch out back was fun for grilling one of our nights. Kitchen is a little small but very well appointed with pots/pans etc, we had no issues cooking all our meals for the weekend here. Plenty of parking either at the property or across the street, we had 8 cars and no issues. An easy walk into town from here for shopping and hitting up the local brewery which had an amazing patio! Overall we would stay again and recommend it for a large group of adults traveling together. Especially for the size of the place for the price, this will certainly beat a hotel experience.

We had an absolute blast of a time here. It was a friends reunion and we played a bunch of yard games as the space was incredible. The grounds were beautiful and this was a relaxing and peaceful weekend. The home was perfection when it came to cleanliness. The kitchen was big and open and everyone loved their stay. We will definitely be back! We also appreciated the communication with the hosts, they were great.
