We have Wi-Fi but NO TV. NO smoking or vaping or pets on property- $500+ fine enforced. Message me regarding possible discounts allowed for 1-night stays & fewer guests. Garage not for guest use.

The Kimball House far exceeded our expectations! The photos don´t do it justice! The house is meticulously clean and comfortable. The thoughtful stock of games and TV access, plus phone chargers, reader glasses, and pretty much anything one might need was readily accessible. The spacious yard and quiet setting was very relaxing!

Brett's place exceeded our expectations in every way. From the little touches like personalized mugs in the coffee room to the extensive variety of activities to do on the property, we were overwhelmed. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you need and more. There are so many special places to sit and enjoy the view. The grills and sports equipment were accessible and in great shape. The location is perfect and Brett has thought of everything to make this place amazing!!

Amazing house for a large group! We had 14 people staying here plus two dogs and it worked really well. The back yard is peaceful and beautiful, and a portion is fenced for the dogs which they enjoyed! The large porch out back was fun for grilling one of our nights. Kitchen is a little small but very well appointed with pots/pans etc, we had no issues cooking all our meals for the weekend here. Plenty of parking either at the property or across the street, we had 8 cars and no issues. An easy walk into town from here for shopping and hitting up the local brewery which had an amazing patio! Overall we would stay again and recommend it for a large group of adults traveling together. Especially for the size of the place for the price, this will certainly beat a hotel experience.

We had such a great time here! Exactly the "cabin" feel we were looking for. Absolutely breathtaking sunsets every night. The property was stunning! Lots of tree coverage and wildlife all around. The private beach was great and they even had canoes and kayaks available for use (which was not mentioned in the listing at all). They also have a playset outside that isn't mentioned in the listing and it was a great addition to our trip for the kids!
