The apartment is part of Farmhouse La Collina del Sole close to Perugia in Umbria. We have recently restored this farmhouse and have been farmers for generations. You will therefore stay on a real farm, but with all you need for a comfortable holiday. Our panoramic swimming pool is another big attraction, overlooking the valley. This apartment for two is close to the swimming pool and totally surrounded by green fields. It offers peace and lots of privacy, yet shops/restaurants are close by.

Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

We loved everything in this house, a beautiful Umbrian country house that feels like home away from home and where you just want to stay! From the beautiful view to the quality of bedding, rooms, plenty of exquisite details such as scented soaps from the area, tons of bath and hand towels in the bathrooms to the so many corners outside where you can either be together or find your own place to read, everything was perfect! A great pool as well that sadly we could not try because of bad weather in may (lots of rain), olive trees in the garden, plenty of plants and 2 beautiful, laid back house cats. The owner Flavio also went as far as ordering a birthday cake for my daughter and insisted that this was his gift, together with a bottle of bubbly. Caroline was always reactive and helped us to sort out trains , so all in all very friendly hosts. 5 stars! The only downside is the road to go to the house, you need a good car as the last part of the road is a steep climb!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser charmanten Unterkunft in der Toskana! Alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dem urig-netten Haus. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen, schön ruhig und privat aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Perugia. Der Pool ist echt erfrischend und bietet großzügige Liegemöglichkeiten. Anfang September bei unserem Besuch spendete das Haus auf Grund der Lage des Pools angenehmen Schatten. Zusammengefasst ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle die es gerne gemütlich und ruhig haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmals kommen. :)

Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane meravigliose con Loretta, Marino e i cane Mia e Tago. Suono ancora: "Tutto a posto? " E una casa comoda ed arredata con gusto. Il giardino è ampio e ben arredato. La vista è bellissima! E naturalmente ci abbiamo goderto la piscina bella. Un paradiso! Le due donne olandese

Casale ristrutturato a nuovo accogliente e curato. Isolato e raggiungibile con una strada "impegnativa" ma esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio! Laura e la sua famiglia simpatici e disponibili. Posto ideale per giornate di relax immersi nella natura ma anche per visitare quella parte di Umbria, come abbiamo fatto noi. Grazie Laura e Silvia e complimenti per la vostra scelta di vita!
