JODY's house is a very pleasant and functional apartment, clean and brand new with all the comforts. Anna and her husband were very kind and cooperative. I highly recommend it and hope to return as soon as possible. The area is obviously close to the pine forests of the Tombolo di Cecina and the Etruscan Coast. The surrounding countryside is also beautiful, with farms that supply you with excellent fruit and vegetables at competitive prices.

Wonderful house, truly enchanting equipped with everything you need, there is everything you need to feel at home. Great cleanliness of the house and accessories. Very comfortable bed mattress, which is rare to find in a vacation home. Immense fenced, equipped and illuminated garden, kept in order, perfect for our puppy who loved to run and roll in the grass in complete freedom. We had lunch and dinner outside in the garden to make the most of the beautiful days. Very convenient parking inside the property with an automatic gate. The house is close to the main shops (bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, bar, etc.). Marco is a perfect host, caring, welcoming, and completely helpful. We spent our holidays relaxing, we couldn't have wished for better. Thanks Marco

We spent 3 nights in Marina's apartment and had a very good time. The apartment is very welcoming and comfortable, well maintained, clean and equipped with every accessory (crockery, cleaning products, hairdryer...) for a relaxing break surrounded by the greenery of truly suggestive vineyards. There is also an outdoor space with table and chairs for outdoor living. We had the opportunity to chat with Marina and her daughter Giulia, they are very welcoming and helpful people for great tourist tips on the area, which made our stay even more special!

Lovely apartment in a villa, independent entrance and garden, maximum privacy guaranteed in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc., are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.
