There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden that my guests are welcome to use. There is a terrace dedicated to guests. My little dog Futte (allergy-friendly) runs freely in the garden and likes to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. A very nice apartment on the outskirts of Århus, quiet and yet close to all the beautiful places of the city! We had brought our bikes and were always in the center of the city in 10 minutes. And we have discovered the area p the bike. Wt a beautiful area so close to the sea. We felt right at home in the cozy and nice apartment that is in a square with other small houses, with a courtyard garden. Everything you need was there: a nice bed, a well equipped kitchen where you can really cook, a cozy room. Mathilde and Kasper were always available and very helpful. For this reasonable price we would definitely come back again! Thank you Mathilde and Kasper.

We loved Nooras Appartment! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. But the highlight is the location: you are directly in the city center and at the Harbour, with a beautiful view over the water. Restaurants und shops are nearby. This also means, that it is noisy at night as a bar nearby plays loud music outside. But with the windows closed, that is no problem. We totally recommend this beautiful place and would love to come back!

Thank you for the lovely stay with you! We found everything we needed. The apartment is especially great for children. Our dogs also had a very good time in the middle of nature. It was perfect all around.

We had a fantastic stay in Aarhus! The apartment is perfectly located and Anders is a very responsive, helpful host. The bathroom is very clean but also very small. This is worth noting for larger bodies and anyone with mobility issues. Overall would highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay in Aarhus. We loved the location in this quite modern part of Aarhus. There is lots to do with restaurants and cafes but also a lot of playgrounds and a perfect place for our son for riding his bike/step. Place is really clean. There is one bedroom (which we didn’t really check out properly) but our son’s bed just fitted near the bed. A water cooker would have made the place complete!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mathias' apartment. It is perfectly located in a quiet area and still close to everything you need. A huge plus with a children's room that had everything we needed. Can definitely be recommended.

Troels is a perfect host. The apartment also exceeded our expectations, although the photos and descriptions were already very promising. Aarhus is a very attractive destination as a "young" city with a mixture of historical and current architecture and cultural offerings. And the apartment absolutely complements this impression.
