the apartment is AMAZING... the view is SPECTACULAR!!! the impression you get... is that you are inside the sea!!! the apartment is spacious and well ventilated, the kitchen is equipped with everything we need to have a great stay, everything is very clean. Manoela is super sweet and responds to everything very quickly! Mrs. Márcia showed and explained everything very well, and if I had any questions... Manoela promptly answered me. only the garage is really small, as they said in the listing... but my husband managed to put our Tracker in it. We had great flexibility for check-in and check-out! It was an incredible time... the spectacle of being on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunrise... it's magnificent!!!! Although looking at that sky at any time... that Mars... it was always so beautiful!!! Anyway... it was a very special time that will stay forever in our memory and in our photos and videos!!!! super recommended and for sure... as soon as we have the opportunity, we'll be back!!!!

We had a great stay at the apartment! The location is perfect – right in front of the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea. The property was very clean and well organized, exactly as in the photos of the ad. The kitchen was equipped, wi-fi working well and the beds were comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to all the messages, which made us very comfortable. We also like the extra touches like towels, linens, blankets, everything clean and smelling and a wonderful welcome candy bar. The condominium is safe and quiet, ideal for those who want to rest (in this case in the low season). We are delighted and we will definitely return!

This is a great accommodation for those who go with children. We had an excellent experience with the condominium, with several options of activities, even in the winter. The hostess is an excellent person, always attentive and willing to assist. We definitely intend to return to another opportunity we have. Our gratitude to the host for the host!

Host Jorge is very attentive and helpful. Respond quickly to questions. The house is quite spacious and served our family well. 9 adults (1 elderly) and 3 children. It has all the utensils to meet everyone's needs. The location is great. Close to the beach (5 short blocks), close to the market, butcher shop and bakery. In front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite busy (people walking, fishing and drinking mate), but that does not interfere and does not disturb the people staying in the house. Internet and TV working well. The pool area is great. We used this space a little because the weather was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and did not heat up enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a musty smell because the house had probably been closed for quite some time. A quick clean-up was needed.

The condominium is nice, safe and very well located. My family was very pleased. I highly recommend it. We loved every minute of our stay, the communication with Daniel was excellent from the first contact still in the reservation. He responded to our questions whenever we asked them, attentive and kind. The apartment is great with everything we need, the location is wonderful, too much, from the balcony we followed the events in the square of Prainha. Quiet, airy, clean place. Great communication with the Janitor. We were super comfortable, as if we were at home. The apartment's surroundings are fantastic, market, bakery, downtown, beach, everything close by, we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. We'll definitely be back.

The accommodations are exactly the same as the photos and everything is very clean, organized and every detail made with affection by the host! Lisia is super sweet, cheerful and attentive! From the first moment Celso was very attentive. The apartment is excellent as well as shows in the photos. The view to the sea is beautiful, all in great condition. Comfortable beds and sofas, great bath. In front of the beach, quiet place, but easily walk to the center. We only have compliments. We will definitely be back.
