The environment is spacious (only the room with single beds is a little narrower), very comfortable, pleasant and carefully prepared for the type of stay. The host responds quickly and is super friendly, providing all the necessary items to customers. For us, it is currently our stopping point in Bento Gonçalves! We plan to come back!

I loved staying at Marcelo's apartment. It's a clean, cozy and great place to stay, just like the photos in the listing. The view from the window to Guaíba and the tree-lined square is a highlight. The surroundings are safe and you can walk quietly on foot, there are several good restaurants nearby. Communication with the host is also excellent. I recommend it.

The house is extremely large and cozy! All rooms clean. Lots of bedding that meets expectations and beyond. We were greeted with freshly brewed coffee and cake!! Highly organized and we'll be back for sure!

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.
