Guilherme was a great host. Always available and with great tips. The apartment was very well organized and we were very comfortable. Also noteworthy is the great location. We plan to return.

Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the caretaker deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. We were very pleased and recommend the apartment for those who want to relax in comfort and convenience. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Ramon!

This apartment was a great choice! Charming, cozy, well-equipped, and the building has great infrastructure! Not to mention the location, which offers several possibilities, such as a market, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, beauty salon, all very close! There was a treat waiting for us when we arrived, very affectionate! And Lúcio's service is very attentive too! We love it and if we need it again at any time, we'll be back!

I really like this apartment. Very quiet, beautiful view. Great space, well-equipped kitchen. Very well taken care of by everyone. I've been here twice and I recommend it.

Without any kind of complications. Only that the parking around the corner from the apartment was in the best conditions. Grass and weeds at the entrance, very long and the gate is hard to move.

Highly recommended. I went with my son who is 8 years old and he made a lot of friends at the place. The house is very comfortable.

It's a wonderful place, Maurício and Debora were very kind and attentive. The house is great, super well equipped, comfortable and has a very nice and cozy space, with a great patio and located in a quiet area, great for resting, as well as presented in the listing. We really enjoyed staying at Meiken's house, close to the beach, you can walk there, airy, spacious place and everything organized with care and excellent cleanliness!! Live is better than in the photos!! We'll be back for sure!!

All brand new, like in the photos. The kitchen is complete, good bath. Otimo spot for bathing in the lagoon ahead. Very quiet place, a little far from the city center. For those who want peace of mind, it's very good

What a nice house and what a peaceful and beautiful place next to the Mampituba lagoon. The beds are comfortable, very good shower, well-equipped kitchen, spacious and fragrant house. The beach is also very close, you can walk there. We recommend Mr. Leonardo's house, Mr. Leonardo is very helpful and quick to respond, he was also flexible for our check-in and check-out.

The residence is well located and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The host is flexible and our communication was smooth. The beach is quite wooded and pleasant to walk or enjoy the scenery.
