Monthly Rentals in Stari Majdan

A wonderful, lovingly maintained and furnished cottage in the countryside. Very friendly, helpful hosts. You feel very welcome and would like to stay much longer than planned. The national park is directly across the street. Definitely recommended. If we come back to Bosnia, we will definitely come back here.

Sebina’s place was the perfect home in the beautiful village of Bosanska Otoka. The balcony overlooks river Una and the mountains and you have direct access to the river via the garden area. The house was spacious and homely, and included everything you could possibly need. Sebina is a wonderfully kind lady, she left us fresh homebaked goods and freshly cut flowers from her garden. 100% would recommend.

Great host that brought us to the location. Its very rural. The road to the cabin can be challeging for a new driver , but is good to do with a normal car. Ado guides you to the cabin and explains how all things work and gives some good tips for your stay. The cabin is solar powered. We had no problem with power ( april 2024). The surroundings are great !! Next to the Una river we took a dive in it ! :-) Great bbq and fire pit and just very relaxing place to stay. We adive to take the walking path next to the cabin. After some miles it ends at a nice restaurant with a great view of the river. In short! Great place to stay and relax. And good host that speaks good english.
