Beachfront vacation rentals in Stara Novalja

Itt was great. Everyone was kind a helpful. I've been missing the view and the atmosphere since we came home.

Our stay with Andrej and Antonia was great - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Both are very good hosts, we felt immediately comfortable and welcome. The place looked 1:1 like the photos, was very clean and you can see how much time and effort the two invest to make sure everything is well maintained and their guests feel at home. Throughout our stay, both inquired about our well-being and made great recommendations for the area. We recommend a stay with Andrej and Antonia to anyone traveling to Rab :)

Very nicely located apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea and the mountains. Almost right on the fine pebble beach. By boat you can go directly to Rab every hour for €3, - from there! Apartment is as described. Bed and climate are very good. Parking as well. There are almost all German programs on the TV. Rozana is a top host and super friendly. When we had a wish, she responded immediately. We felt very comfortable in Barbat and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Sylvie is very nice, always willing to help. We didn't miss anything. We also had our dog with us, it was no problem and we all felt as at home :). We would definitely like to come back here sometime. Thank you very much Sylvie and family, I highly reccomend this place to stay at Rab 😉

Very cozy and clean accommodation right in the first row by the sea. Beautiful beach about 3 minutes walk. Ana and Ane are very friendly and nice hosts. Close to restaurants and many beaches. It is a very nice place and we recommend accommodation here.

The location is simply fantastic – quiet, picturesque and perfect for relaxation. Jelena is an incredibly friendly and warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on cleanliness and comfort here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

As others have written, the path from the parking lot to the accommodation is long and connected by stairs. For this you will be rewarded with a magnificent view and absolute privacy. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. It doesn't take a minute and you can go swimming in the sea at one of the many places. Below the house, a path runs directly by the sea. If you walk to the right, you will get to Gonar, where there are restaurants. If you walk to the left and at the end over the mountain, you will arrive in a place with a marina after about 1 km. There is a supermarket and also restaurants and bars. A small tip, place the WLAN box, which is equipped with a SIM card, outside in front of the window because the reception is poor in the room.

The place is just magical! Everything perfectly clean, Marina and Famielie are all super nice and warm! We got many tips for the area without asking. The beds are extremely comfortable and the highlight is definitely the sunset on the balcony, as well as the fantastic garden with fresh khaki, pomegranates and much more. We will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️

Our stay was very nice. We were warmly welcomed. The place is very nicely decorated, very quiet from the location, access to the pool and sea very easily accessible. Hosts and family members are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle.

Very nice apartment, well located near the town of Rab and the beaches of the north of the island. We were really well received by the owners who offered us a welcome drink. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The bathroom was really nice and the two bathrooms very useful with the kids. The kitchen is well equipped, it may be missing some cooking accessories but there is a very nice restaurant that our host has kindly recommended to us. On the last day, we were invited with the other tenants by the hosts and we had a lovely time. We had a lovely week. Feel free to go to the Sahara Beach during your visit!

We have really enjoyed our stay in Prizna 3. Marinka is super sympathetic, as is her daughter. Very candid people. The apartment is close to the sea, on a lovely quiet bay. Lovely to swim there. The backyard pool was also blissful. The apartment itself was completely fine. Everything is fairly basic, but the apartment has a spacious and bright living room. The sea view is also fantastic. A beautiful sunset every night as well. The bed in the living room is a regular sofa to sleep on. Nearby there is the ferry to island Pag. In the main street there is sometimes a long row of cars, but as a resident you can drive next to the traffic jam and enter the bay. So you won't be bothered at all. A nice place to visit different things from there. Super thank you for letting us stay with you, Marinka. It was a blissful week, we wanted to stay even longer. We enjoyed it very much.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

It was a very enjoyable and simple stay

We had a very nice vacation at Villa Delfin. The location is great and quiet. There is a great pool and private access to the sea. The villa, the property and our apartment (Yellow) are in a very well-maintained condition. Sani is a very helpful, friendly and pleasant hostess. We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

Slawa is a great host, easy to comunicate with and responds very fast. The apartman was clean and had everything you need for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartmant is perfect for someone who wants lots of privacy and a break from the crowds.

Very nice hosts. Nice apartment means functional,clean,spacious as described and photographed. The deck is a fairytale, especially in the evenings the sunset views and the boardwalk. The proximity of the restaurant is another plus. Only to the beach you have to take a minute walk. Slavica is so nice that they also provide a transfer from the parking lot to the apartment upon arrival and departure. For me and my wife, staying in Novalja in early September is a nice time. Beautiful, clean, tasteful, and well-equipped beachfront accommodation. Quiet location. Private beach, but designed for multiple apartments. It was pretty crowded for our dates. At times, we had trouble finding between all the private sun loungers, which no one was on for most of the day anyway, a place to lie down. The apartment was really nice and very well equipped!

We extended our stay immediately because it was perfect for us. In the apartment we did not miss anything, on the terrace it is wonderful with a view of the olive grove. Very quiet, 3 minutes to the sea. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic hosts, wonderful surroundings. If you don't want to be in the sun all the time, it is possible to enjoy the view of the sea under the olive trees, but there are also umbrellas on the beach. The view and sunset from the terrace are fantastic. For 4 adults, the upper floor terrace, bath and kitchen are a little small, but the view, the environment, and the hospitality of the hosts quickly forgot all this.

The apartment overlooks the sea and is in a very comfortable location, the beach is under the house, but it is also easy to get around the island having a central location. Great parking under the house, we found a place daily for two weeks. There is a restaurant under the house, but the area is very quiet, residential. The apartment is clean and the owner Sara is very kind. The studio has everything you need. The only downside is that it's very small, especially the bathroom, but it's still very comfortable and the terrace is very nice and makes a difference! I recommend it

Davorka and her husband were very sweet and always offered us their help with activities or if we needed anything. The house corresponded to the pictures and was in top condition. It was all very neat and clean. The surroundings and the beach were also a dream.
