Lovely house, beautifully decorated to high standard. Pub nearby is lovely as well, though not cheap. Perfect place to stay for a family visit to Longleat.

Cosy, peaceful cottage near Bath and Longleat

TanjaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful and lovingly furnished cottage in idyllic, peaceful surroundings. A vacation for the soul with a feel-good factor. Sarah and Mike welcomed us warmly. I would have liked to have told so much more, but I was slowed down by my rusty school English. Thanks for the hospitality ❤️
The historic facade of The Old Manse reveals a charming limestone exterior, featuring a series of symmetrical windows and a prominent archway leading to the entrance. The well-maintained structure showcases traditional architectural elements, set against a clear blue sky.

Had a lovely stay! The design of the room is amazing and very functional. The room is a short walk from the town centre for food and drinks but equally very quiet and peaceful

Beechwood Annex

If I could give 100 starts, I would! We stayed at this absolute gem of an Airbnb in Frome and honestly… we’re still not over it. The place was spotless—like, could-eat-your-brownie-off-the-floor kind of clean (not that we did… the brownie went straight into our mouths because yes, they left homemade brownies for us. Who are these angels??) The hosts were genuinely some of the nicest humans we’ve ever met. Not only were they super helpful and welcoming, but when we were running late for a wedding, one of them actually drove us there(Hugo you absolute legend) Yes, you read that right- 5 star hotle treatment right there And let’s not forget Luna - she is adorable. You’d be mad not to book Mark and Hugo’s annexe if you’re plankng to go to Frome! Cannot recommend enough
