Vacation rentals with lake access in Stains

Small but nice, quiet studio (one staircase down, its shore, bike and sidewalk). Protected, enclosed terrace with furniture/umbrella/tables/bike parking. Bed super, towel change offered. Very friendly, extremely fast and helpful communication. Aldi and boulangerie 500 m, Champs elysee 12 km by bike, gare l'est 9.5 km, Eiffel Tower 13 km. Very nice hosts*******

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

We have not had such welcoming and helpful Airbnb hosts before! The accommodation was in a lovely garden seperate from the main house. We chose the location based on proximity to family, local shopping area and the RER with a quick link to central Paris.

Perfect house for a relaxing getaway with friends We were there with 8 people and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The house is beautiful, very stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight – ideal for chilling, surrounded by wonderful nature and absolute tranquility. At the same time, the location is super convenient: you can get to Paris in a short time – both by train and by car. We tried both, very uncomplicated. The hosts were friendly, helpful and everything worked smoothly. A place to feel good, relax and at the same time perfectly connected – absolute recommendation!

The apartment was really clean as shown in the photos. The balcony has a very good view of the Seine River. It's great that the house is on the street, you can easily access everything. As a Muslim family, we were very pleased to find many "halal" restaurants nearby, one of which is right across the house. There is also a bidet faucet next to the toilet, not in it.

We had a very nice 6 night stay at Olivier’s place. It was as described and came with clear instructions. The place is quite compact with limited privacy but is perfect for couples or solo travellers! The RER station is about 25-30 min walk away which is convenient and walkable and provides easy travel to Paris city centre and Disneyland. Would definitely recommend!

Wahiba was a wonderful host…always communicative and flexible. I knew I could always ask any questions. The apartment is very convenient to everything in the Bel Air Neighborhood, including public transportation, which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. Thank you for a wonderful stay and if I’m back in Paris, I will try to book the apartment again.

A beautiful little room in a lovely neighborhood. I had a little trouble getting in on the first day because my U.S. cell phone couldn't call the host, but a neighborhood shop owner let me use her phone. Emmanuelle was very responsive and got me checked in right away. Clean, compact room. Bathroom is at the end of the hallway on the same floor. Shower is down three floors in Emmanuelle's home. Emmanuelle was very friendly, multi-lingual, quite accommodating.

It was a wonderful stay in a suburban Paris area. We loved our neighborhood sooo much. Easy access to metro within picturesque path. Studio is so pretty designed. Emmanuel’s instructions were clear, always on time

Hervé was very responsive. He was was flexible and tried his best to accomodate our arrival time. Space was petite and cozy. Sleeping space was tight as listed, nonetheless great bed. We loved the uniqueness of this stay. We ubered to and from centre city but wish we attempted the metro/bus. Our location felt secure and safe. Thank you again Hervé!

great stay in this apartment, perfect for our Parisian weekend. The apartment is very clean, very well-equipped and well-located next to the tram to go up to Paris.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

My last visit to the "City of Love" was from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. So I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and committed to the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also warmly suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank the two of you for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

Great communication with the host who was responsive and friendly. The place was clean, cozy and well-equipped, everything we were looking for. I recommend it!

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
