Vacation rentals with lake access in Stains

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

No regrets at all in booking this place. It is half an hr away by taxi to Paris and probably 1hr via public transpo. Bus is very accessible just 3-5min walk from this home. So convenient. Love the cozy vibes of the house and you got everything that you need in your stay. The host is also very approachable. Waited for us when we checked in very late and was glad to show us around the house of what will be used and needed. Overall very satisfied, we even think this could be a place again for us ehen we get back to Paris with our kids! We can manage to fit because it is comfortable and also lots of ventilation if you need it. So happy we booked this place even if it was last minute booking already as we had no plans at all. Will definitely refer this to our friends coming over. Thank you!!!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Kendi evimiz gibi rahattık. Ayrı bir girişi olması baş başa kalmak çok değerliydi. Şehir merkezine 40 dk da ulaştık. Aktarmalar arası yürüyüş yok denecek kadar az. Her haliyle çok iyiydi.

Un logement agréable, une literie confortable, un accès très pratique aux petits commerces. Petit bémol pour le bruit du café d’en face le soir (mais l’hôte n’y est pour rien). Merci pour l’accueil et la réactivité !

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Wir haben die Wohnung zum zweiten mal für unseren Aufenthalt in Paris gemietet. Tolle Lage mit guten Anbindungen und einem TG-Stellplatz für die Anreise mit dem Auto sowie eine sehr nette Gastgeberin haben uns eine tolle Zeit in Paris bereitet.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, von Kaffee über Shampoo bis zu Spielzeug, und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out funktionierten zuverlässig und reibungslos. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichen kann. Die Metro ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sollte der Weg für kleine Kinderbeine oder nach einem Ausflugstag zu lang sein, empfiehlt sich die Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke.

Logement conforme à la description, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Emmanuel est un hôte très sympathique, qui répond au plus vite au messages et vous guide vraiment au mieux ! Merci grâce à vous nous avons passer un super séjour.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Es gab alles was man brauchte und die Kommunikation war schnell und höflich. Auch der Weg in die Stadt kommt einem kürzer vor als man denkt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Vielen Dank für diese süße Wohnung.

Apartament wyglądał tak samo jak na zdjęciach, było bardzo czysto. Lokalizacja świetna blisko do dworca, a sklep tuż za rogiem. Okolica spokojna po zmroku trochę mroczna, aczkolwiek nikt nie zaczepiał, było bezpiecznie. Łatwe zameldowanie. Kuchnia super wyposażona. Dostępna była herbata, kawa, cukier, przyprawy, olej do smażenia i różne inne podstawowe przydatne rzeczy do gotowania czym byłam zaskoczona. Telewizor zawierał smart tv. Bardzo polecam ten apartament nawet na krótki citybreak we dwoje. Super kontakt z właścicielem, gdy miałam problem mimo późnej godziny dostałam natychmiastową odpowiedź.

L appartement de Marek est accueillant. Il est propre et dispose de tout ce que nous avons besoin. Izabelle, sa sœur nous a très bien accueilli. L immeuble est propre et calme. La rue un peu bruyante le soir… mais nous sommes en ville donc normal. Le quartier est familiale et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Le métro, tram et bus sont à proximité. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour et la découverte de Paris pour mon petit fils. Juste je n ai pas trouvé le lit très confortable.

We had a nice staying, the place is walkign distance from the Palace and a nice little streets with restaurants. It was quiet and cozy, and the host very nice and helpful. They solved quickly and efficiently all the little things that we requested. Check-in and check-out easy, too. W We enjoyed staying in the appartement and discover the beautiful neighborhood.
