Space design luxury. Zinc house - urban oasis

AnnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

Charming Victorian Getaway with Outside Images

KateRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread, milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautifully curated 2 bedroom home

Sally-AnnRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Beautifully designed with every space feeling calm, homely and luxurious. The natural light is superb both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs bed was incredibly comfortable - we did not try the one upstairs, but we loved the room and the space. The writers nook was absolutely gorgeous - it really inspired me, I loved it. Fiona and Dave have thought of everything for a unique stay where vintage and modern design are woven together to create a home filled with art and beautiful pieces everywhere. Close to south Melbourne market for shopping, and an ideal location for coffee and patisseries. I look forward to our next stay. Thank you!

Centrally located 3 bed - St Kilda East - Parking

LeahRating, 5 stars4 days ago
A lovely home, great hosts and location. A great location and base for exploring Melbourne with multiple coffee shops in close walking distance and a 10 minute stroll to Carlisle st with a Coles and cafes etc. We chose this accomodation as we used to live in the area and it was very central to our family and the wedding that we were in Melbourne for. We did hire a car as we needed to visit family daily and finding parking was never a big issue, however trams and a train station are close too. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had everything we needed as a family to enjoy a sunny, but very cold Melbourne. We had a lovely stay and look forward to next time.

My father and I just had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect for first time visitors to Melbourne like us, it's close to St Kilda Beach, great restaurants, and other fantastic spots. The place has such a vibe, we really liked the decoration and interior, and it was spotlessly clean 🧼. Definitely recommended! 😁

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. Beachside St Kilda mid century oasis

CharleneRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a really comfortable stay in this studio, loved the decor. Small but just right for the two of us. The space was well thought out, and the snacks provided were a nice touch! Leafy views from the window made it less city-feeling (in a good way), and the location was super walkable to St Kilda’s restaurants and to catch the tram. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and we managed to get a park out front which was handy. Danielle was responsive and helpful throughout. A great place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxed and convenient base.

Exciting St Kilda and the BEACH on your doorstep!

JohnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The apartment is ideal for two people. It came with a well equipped kitchen with initial basic essentials provided (tea, coffee, etc) - ideal after a long journey. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. In addition there is a washer and dryer available - no need to take as many clothes next time. We hired a car, so a parking space was essential, and was provided in the basement. Fantastic location on the promenade with additional beaches located to the east of St. Kilda. Easy access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest tram stops are within 300m of the property giving easy access to the city. The trams are regular and we didn't see any delays or cancellations. If we ever return to Melbourne, we would definitely check on its availability. Thanks Jen Regards John
