Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and a 60ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

With a large deck for BBQ'ing and amazing windows showcasing Slate Mountain, you'll find yourself not wanting to leave the cabin. But- while you're here, a couple musts are: fishing the Tule River, hiking Dome Rock, the Needles Trail, and playing a game of pool with the locals at the Tavern down the road. Another must is seeing the Giant Sequoias at the Trail of 100 Giants, just up the road.

Kings Canyon: hour to entrance gate Sequoia: hour and a half to Giant Sequoia Trees Due to safety reasons we do not allow children of any ages at the treehouse. Please do not ask for exceptions.

Springville house is close to great mountain views of Sequoia National Forest. This house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a quiet area close to lake success and river. Please note that Sequoia National Park is about 1.5 hours (70 miles) from house.
