Tiny house vacation rentals in Split

Ich war für eine Woche mit meiner Mutter in Split und wohnte im Tiny House von Milan und Ana. Ich kann diese Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen und würde sie selbst jederzeit wieder buchen. Es ist an Ausstattung alles da, was man braucht und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Lidl 350 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt und man ist in 20 Minuten an der wunderschönen Stadtpromenade Riva. Der Check in verlief reibungslos, Milan und Ana waren bereits bei der Unterkunft und erklärten uns alles. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir bekamen sogar Handtücher für an den Strand. Milan war immer gut zu erreichen und antwortete sehr zeitnah. Durch die schöne Unterkunft verlief der Urlaub sehr stressfrei. Ein großes Dankeschön an Milan und Ana, dass wir im Tiny House wohnen durften.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de woning van Borka. Bij aankomst werden we warm en erg gastvrij verwelkomd door Borka en haar partner. Ze hadden veel leuke en originele tips voor activiteiten in de buurt. De woning zelf was brandschoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Locatie was ideaal, net buiten de drukte, maar op loopafstand van meerdere stranden, de boukevard van Okrug Gornji en een supermarkt. In de buurt is er mooie natuur en zijn er leuke bezoekjes aan steden of dorpen te brengen (eventueel met de boot), zoals Trogir en Split. Een aanrader voor iedereen!

Petit appartement confort et fonctionnel parfait pour une nuit. L’hôte Roko est très amical et sympathique, il nous a payé le parking du matin jusqu’à 12h (il y a également une place prévu au pied du logement). Emplacement idéal pour visiter Split à pied (10-15min). Le petit guide des restaurants de l’hôte nous a permis de découvrir un superbe lieu ! En bref, je recommande !

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Such a fun and gorgeous spot to stay! When you arrive you won't be disappointed by the breathtaking view of the Adriatic. It feels like you are in the wilderness with lovely plants, trees, and hammock, yet it's just a short drive away from Split. We immediately hiked down to a little private beach below and took a swim. The beach is a bit rocky but totally worth it. Gordan was very helpful when we arrived, he met us at a very close market nearby, and we followed his car directly to the Airbnb where we had private parking. He showed us around and gave us tips and a local restaurant to try. House is so cozy and with the breeze flowing through the windows very serene. We enjoyed our time here immensely!

Domagoj was a fantastic host, proactively communicating with kindness and making sure it was easy to check in as well as verifying that we were settled. The apartment itself is charming and cozy with its stone walls and lofted bed. Plus the kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. The clothing washer and clotheslines were great perks as well. The location is ideal with its proximity to incredible food, old town, and the sea. Could not recommend more.

Anja hat uns herzlich empfangen. Sie ist sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hauses ist top. Nur paar Minuten zur Fuß erreichen wir die Innenstadt, Hafen sowie Busstation. Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben, sauber und bequem. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Küche ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Anja hat für uns leckeres Frühstück gemacht. Das war sehr lieb von ihr. Wir empfehlen das Zimmer bzw. Wohnung sehr gern weiter.

Diese perfekte Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften, idyllischen Garten ist der ideale Ort, um Entspannung und Ruhe zu finden. Mehrere Strände liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe; Trogir ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus, Split per Fähre oder Bus erreichbar. Anja, ihre Mutter Ljerka und ihr Mann sind unglaublich gastfreundlich: frisches Obst aus dem Garten, zahlreiche Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und vor allem ihre Herzlichkeit haben unseren Urlaub bereichert und zu einer unvergesslich schönen Zeit gemacht. Das gemeinsame Abendessen mit dalmatinischem Fisch vom Grill in familiärer Atmosphäre wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub dort verbracht und waren zu 110% mit allem zufrieden! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedem weiter, der einen entspannten und ruhigen Aufenthalt auf einer wunderschönen Insel in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartment mit freundlichen Gastgebern sucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

The place was absolutely stunning. It was everything we hoped for and had everything we expected. The house is perfect for a couple’s get away It’s a rocky drive but it was completely worth it and expected as Ivo mentioned it on the page and is expected for a house in the mountains. We had no problems getting up and down daily There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill and is very close to other large supermarkets as well as towns and cities like Trogir We cant wait to come back!

Ich habe mit meinem Hund 4 Nächte verbracht. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick einfach nur sensationell! Der Garten ist so liebevoll gestaltet und die Outdoorküche ein Traum. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Split ist in 30Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Josip war perfekt! Es spricht nichts dagegen wiederzukommen!

Schönes und modernes Tinyhouse, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist idyllisch, die Klimaanlage ideal bei heißem Wetter. Alles wie beschrieben! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und freundlich 🙂

It's a gem. If you are looking for a tranquil and lonely stay away from mainstream and noise, look no further. Ilija is a wonderful host, and even though we did not get to see him in person, he communicated quickly and effectively, and was very helpful with any requests. The house is located away from any neighbours (the nearest neighbour is about 150m down the road), and offers breathtaking sea and sunset views from the balcony. It's solar powered, which means that when there was a general outage on the island for two days, we did not even notice it until we were told by Matko, Ilija's friend. The nearest beach, Mala Rina, is 5 min walk, while Vela Rina, the big beach, is 15 min walk. A local market and a bread kiosk can be found at the port, they operate limited working hours, and it's about 25 min to get there on foot. There is also a man selling tomatoes, potatoes and fish from his boat. So while you can get basic products and other stuff on the island, the choice is rather limited, that's why bringing groceries and food supplies is strongly recommended. All in all, it's a perfect holiday well worth repeating!

We had our own little island with a private boat. I highly recommend the accommodation. It was lovely.

Charmante petite maison au calme bien qu’à moins de 10mn à pieds du centre historique. Parking sécurisé dans le jardin. Extérieur très agréable bénéficiant d’une pergola avec une grande table. Bel endroit. Le plus, le lave linge

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

Our host was super, friendly and very heplful. It was easy to contact with him by airbnb and personally. The place is quiet, close to the old town, shops and open air market. Outside shower is just amazing, very usefull when you want to grill shrimps in the garden. There is enough place to park even a big car. House is small but it's not too small. Air conditioner works good. House was clean. We're grateful for that two weeks in Trogir. We would come back again. See you Milano Italiano!

Could not have faulted the stay at this wonderful little Air BNB. Everything was as described, 2 minute walk from the beach and great bars and restaurants. I very much enjoyed my time here and hope to return to this gorgeous petite Croation villa.
