It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
