Villa vacation rentals in Split

We stayed in Stobrec on a group holiday to Split from 4th-12th June. Marija was amazing from the moment we arrived, she had Josef with her to support with translation and they explained everything to us even though we had arrived late that evening. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything that we would possibly need for a holiday. She also left us a big bowl of strawberries for our arrival, as well as coffee for the machine and herbal tea. We managed to break a shutter a couple of days in and Marija came with an engineer to fix it within 2 days (despite it being the weekend) and cleaned up everything afterwards too. Marija came to help us light the grill one evening for us to have a bbq together and offered to cook for us if we had wanted which was a really kind offer! Marija also let us stay with access to the villa until 6pm on the day of our departure due to a late flight and no bookings after ours which was extremely kind of her. We loved our stay in Stobrec

Staying at Villa Bella Split was exceptional. The hosts are truly amazing —thoughtful, generous, and attentive in every way. It felt like they had thought of everything to make our stay effortless and memorable. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Every room is perfectly designed, stylish yet cozy, and filled with little details that make it feel like a real home. The pool was an absolute highlight, so clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it so easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time together. One of our favorite things was having lunch on the terrace, soaking up the views and enjoying the fresh air—it became a treasured part of our days. This was more than just a vacation rental; it was a true home away from home. Thank you to the hosts for everything you did to make our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back to Villa Bella Split. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a magical place to stay!

We stayed in an old stone house that is a perfect blend of modern and rustic style. When we went up to the roof terrace, the view stretched from Vitturi Castle, which is 50 meters as the crow flies from the accommodation, over the sea and all the way to the islands in the distance. When night fell, we stayed on the terraces that have a fascinating view of the sunset. Thanks to the hosts who were always available and gave us all the help, especially with finding parking since we stayed in the old town. We walked along the Kaštela promenade, which stretches for several kilometers. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby. This was one of the best places we've stayed.

Brilliant stay, very friendly hosts and had everything you would ever need, slightly far from anything so ubers are key, but walkable to the beach. would definitely recommend

It was a very nice house with incredible views. Furniture and inventory is spotless. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Host was super helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. This property is ideally located to the water, coffee shops (Cookie Lab is great!), restaurants and downtown to the markets and palace! We were very comfortable here with the 6 of us. We downloaded the WOLT app (similar to the US DoorDash app) making groceries and food for some meals easy. Tons of Ubers around within 1-3 minutes to get to different locations, Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at this property! The pool area was lovely and just as the pictures show. The separate apartments were perfect for our family of 12 to have some space/alone time and there was a communal kitchen to enjoy as a group. The host was so helpful and friendly leaving us some food when we arrived and she was very quick to respond to any queries. She put us in touch with a helpful taxi service who was always on hand to run us anywhere including to the supermarket and even helped load our shopping. The rooms were very clean and the pool was cleaned every other morning which was great. We would love to come back!

Nice and quite place. Easy to reach Split by Bus (the stop is 1 min by foot from the house). Hosts are really nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely, and the pool was absolutely perfect—such a great place to relax. It was especially convenient having a bathroom in every bedroom, which made it ideal for a group getaway. The location is walkable to the beach and restaurants, though it might be a bit tricky for those with mobility issues or older guests due to being up a big hill. Ivana was incredibly nice and responsive, which made everything even easier. Would definitely recommend!

We were 12 people in July 2024. The villa is very pretty and fully matches the descriptions. The return and return from the airport very easy via taxi, organized by Goran. Outdoor amenities make for a pleasant stay. Access to the sea is very fast on foot. We were hosted very well and the icing on the cake the owner brought us homemade treats.

We had a great stay, the house was nice and perfect for a group of 9 people. The host was very quick in response. Would definitely recommend in you want to chill at in a house and have fun in the city. Groceries and Uber where easily accessible which was comfortable. The outside was different on the picture but good, better and more sunbeds and a small couch, also the pool table outside on the picture is not there but I would definitely recommend the house.

We had an amazing stay at Goran's lovely 5 bedroom home. The place was easy to find and large and extremely clean with stunning views. We were very much at home right from the beginning. The outside area including the balcony and the pool were all aesthetically designed with stunning views of the town and the sea. The main house has a lovely living room area and kitchen/dining space. There was a minor issue on our second day with the pool and Goran was super quick in his response and fixed the problem very quickly. Goran was always very responsive to all our queries and was helpful with his suggestions and tips on good local places to visit and eat. On the whole, this house is perfect for large group of guests. We had a very memorable holiday, thanks.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Two of us + a small dog were accommodated in the villa at the beginning of September for 8 nights. We felt very comfortable here, the villa is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. Despite the fact that the villa is in a built-up area, it offers 99% privacy. The pool and the whole environment was perfect, I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely brilliant Villa could not have asked for better hosts Bosko brought round a tray of beautiful pastries from his daughter conformation which was a lovely touch Ana organised a driver for our airport pick up and drop off he was brilliant and organised our trip to the national park which was mind blowing he was so informative and polite Kaštel Stari the small town was amazing and everything was so close by the whole holiday was faultless 10/10 there was 6 well traveled adults on the holiday and all said Croatia is the most amazing place they have ever visited we will be definitely be back

Such great host, so many recommendations that makes planning so easy. From where to park at various destinations which saved so much time and hassle to restaurant ideas even far away from the area. So much clear helpful info available whenever you so desire

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the Zrinka and Miro and shown around the house. The pool was already heated at 25 degrees and the hot tub at 35 degrees. There were already some beers and soft drinks in the fridge for the first hours. Both arriving a little earlier and leaving a little later was also no problem and the house was exactly as on the description, we had a wonderful weekend. Certainly subject to repetition! This home was gorgeous! The host recommended a local restaurant for dinner that was amazing! Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and being able to play in the playground. It was quiet and peaceful being away from the city. A perfect place to relax.
