Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans ce charmant logement. Tres propre, calme mais très proche du centre historique. A environ 900m du ferry . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite cour fleurie et les bons conseils de Mirjana ainsi que sa réactivité.

Guest House Karla was perfect for our three night stay. All essential consumables were supplied. Appliances were good quality as was the building in general. It was a short walk to restaurants, supermarket etc. Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay in the apartment. Great location- easy walk to Marjan park, ferry/train/bus stations, Old town, grocery stores, restaurants. Clean and well equipped, quiet at night. Nice to have an outdoor space. Recommend as a great place to stay.

Ivana was very nice and helpful ! She waw reactive whenever we needed something, and gave us all the information from the very beginning. Varos is a beautiful neighbourhood, with good restaurants, and close by to everything you need. Thank you again Ivana !

Bruna was very friendly, replied quickly and had some free refreshments waiting in the fridge for us🙌❤️ She was also very helpful with information about transport. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean, light and modern. The location is also great! We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Split🤩

As a family of 3 we had a lovely stay at Mate’s apartment. Varos area is the perfect base for exploring Split The apartment is very tastefully decorated and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only thing to note is that there is no aircon in the bedrooms only in the living space, apart from that everything else was perfect and we would love to return again in the future. Thank you Mate.

Mimi’s cute little studio was the perfect little place to stay if you want to explore Split. The apartment was well furnished and accommodating, comfortable, adorable, and clean. The linens were spotless and Mimi went above and beyond to provide any and all needs for the space. Mimi is a fantastic host, attentive, available and provided some great local recommendations. She also helped us majorly when we forgot something at the apartment, she jumped in to help us retrieve it! Thank you Mimi! ♥️✨

We had an amazing time here. The location cannot be beat! Instructions to find the place were very clear. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised and the bed was very comfortable.

Virkelig virkelig skøn lejlighed beliggende i gåafstand fra både by og strand. Virkelig en sød vært, som altid responderede hurtigt og var meget venlig! Alt i alt et helt igennem skønt ophold❤️

Great spot and close to everything. Ivica was very welcoming and gives you a list of restaurant recommendations. You’ll get the best service and food for your buck at these places, rather than the tourist spots.

We had a lovely time in Split. The apartment is easy to access and right int he centre. It is clean and bright and a great place to relax after a hot day.

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Absolutely stunning location, set on a promenade that runs the full length of Podstrana, meters from the sea. Whilst the beach isn’t private, it certainly felt so to us as barely anyone else used it. So so peaceful. The apartment was so well thought out. Branka has literally thought of everything you could possibly need! luxurious and a real treat. The free use of the sun beds, kayaks, SUP and large beach BBQ made it difficult to leave and we spent a large amount of our holiday just there relaxing which turns out was just what we needed! A taxi to Split with uber is super easy and around 7-9 euros. Podstrana has many bars and restaurants in both directions and really good quality too. The area is still in development in places so in a year or so we imagine will be a lot busier. For us it was perfect exactly as it was. I’ve never returned to the same place before as there’s so many places to see but for this, we will be back.Thanks Branka & Ivan

Really lovely apartment in a great location- perfectly situated in the old town. We thought the apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was great value for money and I would recommend it.

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

I couldn't find check-in instructions but Airport transfer guy knew them and told me what to do. I know it was a penthouses but I maybe missed the fact it was on the fourth floor with no lift. Advantage of fourth floor was an unobstructed view of everything from the huge rooftop terrace.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

We stayed a week at the apartment. Lea and her family were very friendly and helpful. Private beach right outside. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Uber to Split took around 20 minutes and cost 10-15 euro. We had a wonderful time, would recommend!

The studio apartment was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well. You have everything that you need for your stay. The apartment was very close to the old town and you can walk to the center within 10 to 15 minutes. The underground parking was very important for us since we drove a car and needed a private place to park the car. There was water and milk in the refrigerator and coffe, sugar, oil, salt, peper, vinegar, candy etc. We had a very nice stay and will recommend Tanja's place to everyone.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.
