Monthly Rentals in Spennithorne

Great little studio! My 5yo and I stayed here while visiting a few of the local attractions and it was exactly what we were after. The hosts are lovely and welcoming; I would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in the area!

I wish we could have stayed here longer. Such a beautiful house and the surrounding area was gorgeous. Really peaceful, nice to see the racehorses in the morning riding past. Really cosy living room and great to have an updated tv to stream on. The only thing we missed was coffee for our morning brew but luckily the shop down the road is open early and it’s nice to explore on foot. We did have some nice treats waiting for us too! Great shower, good nights sleep, couldn’t really ask for anything more. Thanks Becky and Jonathan for having us!

We’ve just got home from a wonderful stay at Tom & Jo’s beautiful cottage. We received a lovely welcome with fresh eggs, bread, cookies, butter and milk, which were all lovely, they’d even put up birthday bunting as we were away celebrating my husband’s birthday, and a welcome message: a lovely extra special touch. The cottage has been beautifully done, it’s got everything you need, a comfy bed, large, fluffy towels and bathrobes. It was lovely seeing and hearing the horses go by the cottage each morning, it’s a great town and so much to do in the surrounding area, we will be coming back to spend more time here. We had a lovely meal at the Tack Room which is a 2 minute walk, and another lovely meal at the Wensleydale Heifer. All in all we’ve had a fabulous weekend!! Thank you. PS; a footstool would be great to put your feet up, when sitting on the lovely sofa, after a days walking ;)

This is a wonderful cottage in a great location. Super clean and welcoming. Linen was clean and smelt fresh. Arrived late afternoon and Harriet's husband had set a cozy fire for us. Great communication and helpful. 100% worth the stay
