Great place to stay. A lot of restaurant options down the street. Location is great. The rooftop terrace is a plus. Very flexible with check in and offered a lot of recommendations.

Amazing place with SPECTACULARLY UNFORGETTABLE sunrise. Never been happier to get up so early in am to witness the sunrise colors of the skyline every day. Everything in the apartment is immaculate and extremely well kept, including the extremely accommodating host which greatly contributed to a fantastic Apulian experience.

We were very pleased with our stay. Host Giacomo was very attentive and always answered our questions very quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is ideal for two people, very tastefully furnished and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare small meals for yourself. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. My family and I stayed at Livia’s apartment during our stay in Polignano a Mare and this was our favourite stay during our entire trip to Puglia. Andrea was so kind and went above and beyond recommending restaurants and places to see and visit during our stay. On our first night it was late when we checked in and he helped us get a table at a very popular restaurant. The apartment was so clean and spotless. It was also very modern and spacious. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed as well as beach towels and drinks! It is in the most perfect location as it is a short and easy walk to the main area. If you’re visiting Polignano definitely stay at Livia’s apartment.

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was pristine and even more inviting than the pictures show. The area offered lots of shopping and so many delicious restaurants. Raffaele and his wife were so friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Ciao!

Absolutely LOVED this condo! Great location to everything, great view, super spacious and Simonetta was extremely helpful with giving us local recommendations or anything we needed. This location is walkable to everything - old town, bus or train station, restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street. And the coffee machine in the condo was incredible!! Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Monopoli. Gracie!

We had the most wonderful time staying in Monopoli. The photos really do not do the view from the rooftop justice, we could not believe that was where we were going to be staying when we went up there for the first time!!! It is stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean, great location and Guiseppe was incredible friendly and super responsive. We would absolutely stay again!!

All went well with check-in. Met the host at the front door, she let us in and clearly described details regarding the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment is very spacious including a large terrace with view to the port and ocean beyond which we thoroughly enjoyed for meals whenever possible. The kitchen is a little tired looking but perfectly functional for simple meals. Caution for people with mobility issues. 64 steps to the apartment door. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place, but staying in a multi-level place can be a nuisance in the long run. Each room is on a different floor. However, it has its charm! Beautiful view from the deck. A wonderful quiet neighborhood, despite being close to the main attractions.

We were charmed by this little corner of heaven. Comfortable bed, immaculate space, functional for cooking and perfect for relaxing outdoors. We enjoyed the availability of bikes since the village is close by. Andrea gave us great suggestions for restaurants.

We had a lovely stay with hosts responsive to our various problems and questions. Very nice apartment in the heart of the historic district of Monopoli, perfect for walking in the evening and exploring Apulia during the day! We highly recommend this listing and will be happy to stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay, such a lovely Villa with all amenities that was required for holiday. The place was clean and tidy, kitchen well equipped, rooms are spacious! Hosts were very responsive to all questions and gave all information needed! Villa in a remote location so a car is essential to be able to get anywhere. Our daughter loved the pool and it was great to have a shallow area that she can play in! Thank you for letting us stay we had a great week!

This apartment was exceptional. Very well thought out. Really well equipped and lacked nothing. There is lovely art on the walls. Eva was a pleasure to deal with, had great advice and recommendations. It is located slightly (10 mins) from the old town and we preferred this, to be in a characterful neighbourhood with loads of local cafes bars and restaurants. We had a great time

A magical place, in the true heart of Polignano, close to everything to do everything, embedded in the stone as per tradition, with a large terrace that is really livable to crown a dream. Mariella is a wonderful person with rare availability, we will be back very soon and will recommend her to anyone.

5-nights stay with 6 friends Very professional host and service, always available if needed. Also, mid-stay cleaning service included in the price. Breathtaking terrace and very nice house with cosy, renovated interior. Excellent location 10 metres from the beach. Air conditioning everywhere in the house, easily adjustable to your liking. All in all very good!

Filippo was very responsive and accommodating. His place is in a great location close to everything. Car park was very easy to get to and close. Definitely would recommend.
