Amazing panorama from Villa Ana

TimRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We really enjoyed this place. Sovinjak is a quiet little hamlet, little bit middle of nowhere. The views were terrific. It was very quiet and peaceful. Nearby Buzet offers shopping. Motovun is a beautiful town to visit. The seaside is only 1 hour drive. The house is comfortable and has charm. Its rustic and cosy. The garden has a terrace and a swimming pool our children spent most of the days in. We were also very happy with the airco in the bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Apartment Nina Pazin

A Hidden Gem in Pazin – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Staying at Nikolina’s place was an absolute dream. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made us feel instantly welcome. The setting is peaceful and scenic — ideal for relaxing or exploring the beautiful Istrian countryside. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Nikolina herself and her family. She was incredibly helpful and kind — whether we needed help drying clothes, setting up the grill, or tasting her delicious homemade almond grappa, she was always there with a smile and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming, and heartwarming getaway, this is the place. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Beautiful apartment with amazing view

KatieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Four longtime friends ended our trip at this beautiful apartment with stunning views. It was fully appointed with everything one would need to feel at home. The weather was mixed and we didn’t get to use the open deck, but the glass enclosed porch allowed us to enjoy the hill and valley scenery. We parked the car in the provided space and walked everywhere in the small town and down the hill and beyond to a nearby winery. Zvjezdana was helpful and very responsive, her grandson also was very helpful. And did I mention the amazing views? Highly recommend and will recommend to others.

Holiday Apartment VILLA BIANCA

Davor's place is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could ever need for a fabulous stay. Davor met us upon arrival and made us feel so incredibly welcome. And his enthusiasm for Istria made us so glad we made this the longest stop on our two week holiday in Croatia. He also provided us with info places to visit on the peninsula and he recommended so many places that we thoroughly enjoyed. The whole property is gorgeous and I'm a bit jealous of his father's beautiful garden. I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay in Istria. And when you combine that with a such a wonderful host, we felt so very, very lucky to have found this dream stay.
A scenic outdoor space is revealed, featuring a stone-paved area that opens to lush green hills. An arched stone gateway frames the view, while colorful flowers are positioned in planters. The sky is clear, with a few clouds adding to the serene landscape.

Apartment Mea Vista

JuliaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We spent 6 beautiful days in the apartment with private garden. The apartment is small but nice. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped. For example, there is no oven and a sharp knife would also have been helpful. Next to the apartment, four rooms are rented out, which can use a shared kitchen. There is also a small oven. Above all, we enjoyed the tranquility, the view of the mountains and the pool very much. The kids also thought the animals were great. We had a really nice few days.

Villa Motovun Luxury and beauty

VanessaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Family-friendly House Donatela&Saša with pool

We have been coming here for the fifth year in a row in May and we already feel at home. Mrs. Mirjana, as always, is friendly and unobtrusive. She greeted us with a fruit crostata and homemade biscuit and everything was impeccably clean and tidy. Thanks for everything, and see you next year❣️
