The Claremont Hotel is a small private Adult Only (18+) Boutique Hotel located in the centre of Polperro, a quaint traditional Cornish fishing village. Whilst staying with us you will be just a short walk away from the picturesque harbour, as well as many high quality local cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Hotel has its own private car park directly opposite. Parking is free for guests and we have one car parking space available per room. Breakfast in our shared dining room is also included.

For overnight stays, a compact double room. bathroom across the hallway. ,double bed , fridge ,tea and coffee making facilities .Fan, central heating. Wifi throughout . We accept well behaved dogs in some rooms ( Marley is not one of those rooms ). Children by request only Please check prior to booking. Complimentary breakfast of cereal, fruit, croissants ,yogurt and coffee available in the guests sitting room. A la carte cooked breakfast in the downstairs cafe, open daily from 9to 5

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 & 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
