Christian is an awesome host and very fast in responding to my questions. The place is spacious, clean, on a quiet street and right in the downtown. Many coffee shops, restaurants and pubs are within few minutes of walking distance from the property. River walk and plenty of trails in the historic small town to explore. I enjoyed my stay

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s so much more spacious than I was expecting and the decor was beautiful. We loved being on the lake and the area is so quiet and peaceful. The hosts were so responsive and proactive — they even installed brand new window AC units in the bedrooms without us asking because it was supposed to be in the 90s and they wanted to make sure the mini split didn’t leave us feeling too hot. The unit had everything we needed and the place was so comfortable. We honestly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely stay again!!!

Our stay at Tim’s place was incredible.. great location, super clean, and completely functional.. he did not miss a single thing that might be needed; kitchen items, bathroom towels, linens .. even the medicine cabinet was fully stocked with anything that might be needed. We would most definitely stay at Tim’s place again !

Excellent location! The condo was perfect for 2 and just as described in the photos. The area is walkable with lots to do. Best of all, Michael is super responsive and gives very clear instructions. The block is nice and quiet, close to the beach but away from the noise and crowd. I’ll definitely book with Micheal again when I’m in the Hampton area. We enjoyed our stay.
