A private, cosy pod nestled right on the edge of the cotswold way, perfectly situated for taking long walks and having dinner at an abundance of welcoming country pubs, before returning to relax in the hot tub to star gaze with a bottle of bubbly. The pod is an idyllic bolthole to escape the rat race, cosy up and read a book with a fresh coffee, cook sausages and toast Marshmallows on the fire in our undercover seating area or go and explore historic neighbouring villages and the city of Bath.

Stunning 17th century Cotswolds townhouse annexe

Rounceval House is a marvellous 17th century stone-built town house in the shadow of the south Cotswolds escarpment on the famous Cotswold Way walk. It was an upmarket 11-bedroom boutique hotel until recently. New owners Richard and Leanne now run it as a family home and rent out the self-contained three-double bedroomed eastern annexe wing to guests. It's a lovely space. The bedrooms are exceptionally large. The double beds in them are also very large (either king-sized or super king-sized).

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.

The Cottage is set in the lovely village of Didmarton in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is a short distance to Westonbirt Arboretum and Tetbury. Approximately 30 minutes from Bristol and Bath with close proximity to the M4. It is a 5 minutes walk to the local village public house. The property was originally a tied cottage for Badminton Estate workers and was built circa 1770.
