Katie was a wonderful Host. She made us feel welcomed and always made herself available if we had any questions. Overall a great experience!

Let me start by saying that I am not a fan of basements that have been converted to a unit. I didn’t realize this upon booking. However, I was very very pleased with my decision to stay here. The unit was EXACTLY as described and it was so nice to walk into a well kept space. It had really good energy. I loved the 12:00 check-in without additional fees. The water pressure and temp were perfect. There wasn’t a place to control the air, but it didn’t matter because the unit was perfect in temperature for all times of the day. The space was open, furniture nice and inviting, setup cute, quaint, and warm. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lauryn was very helpful and responsive. Each time I had a question, she responded right away. She responded immediately when I had trouble unlocking the door and provided the solution to the issue I was having.

Chris and his wife are fantastic host. They were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They took the time to help us out on every occasion; we were welcomed when we arrived and felt very good about the walk thru that made us very comfortable with the Studio apartment. Also, locations of local stores and shops in the area.

Fabulous apartment with a great host! What more could you ask for?! Book with Jaaron, you won’t be disappointed. He reached out and walked me through check in, which way easy. He even gave me a list of close places open for late night food for after the concert I went to. This morning he texted a list of brunch spots. Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say about it is that there were no items that we needed and had to go out and buy those necessities right away. For example, napkins, paper towels, garbage bags, extra toilet paper, kleenex, sponges. These are items you can't really pack in a carry on and usually places have those from previous experience. All in all we loved it and I would definitely stay again on my next visit! Very spacious, easy to check in and out, and easy to get to.

Great place to stay and very close to the airport. we were transiting through and it worked perfectly. An Uber was $30 from the airport.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

This is a super cute place to stay, especially convenient if you’re in town for a few for few days to go to the aquarium or something near by. There was tons of street parking available, the neighborhood is quiet and the space is great. I think my favorite feature was being able to adjust the firmness of the mattress and my kids loved the huge tv the could watch from the pull out sofa bed. The shower was amazing and the bathroom is not cramped the way other smaller one bedroom apartments can be. The ac gets the space cool quick, something I always appreciate as someone who is prone to migraines caused by heat. All in all, I’m glad this was my pick for our trip.

This stay was a great deal. It had everything we needed and was what we wanted. It is the basement of the hosts' home, but we heard very little and often forgot they were there! The stay is refurbished and not perfect (but who is?!). We enjoyed ourselves nonetheless! The neighborhood is nice for a short stroll.

A lovely and quiet apartment- I enjoyed the privacy and hearing birdsong every morning. Stylishly decorated with everything a traveler could need. And the rooftop pool area is beautiful, wish I had more time to hang out there. I will definitely book again the time I am in town!

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.

Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended
