Loved this stay! Perfect weekend getaway, nature surrounding all sides. Enjoyed fishing at the pier on property, it is so nice and beautiful here. House was perfectly as described, the property is lovely. Worth every penny.

The house was in a great location, just 1/2 a mile from my son’s house. The house was well stocked for my dog. I didn’t need to bring my crate! The projector TV was too high tech for me, but we did not need to use it. It was a lovely stay. I hope I can book again next year.

Awesome lodge. Very cozy lots to do within walking distance. Charming fireplace. Wolf Creek Ski Resort was a 20 minute drive. Restaurants and shopping was great.

Our two families with a bunch of kiddos had an amazing time here! There was tons of things for the kids to do and a nice little hot tub for the adults and a fire pit to make s’mores in. Would definitely stay again.

Amanda was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We loved her property! The surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful. It was so refreshing to sit in the back yard, take in the beauty and hear the rushing of the river. The cabin was so charming. It had a rustic feel. It was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was back at my grandparents home. I highly recommend this property and would love to visit it again.

Absolutely loved this place! Right on the river, with a back porch and sitting areas to enjoy the many sounds of nature. The trees surrounding the cabin gave plenty of privacy and lots of room to walk the dog in the open pastures. The cabin was immaculate and the wood burning stove warmed up the place nicely. I can’t say enough good things about the place and the host Joe, whom was very courteous and flexible with our needs. If you are looking for a piece of paradise, this is it!!! Camp Kimberly is easily a 10/10. It's less than two miles down a maintained hardtop country road which gives you separation from world and the sounds that go with it. The views are beautiful. To the northeast are the peaks on the horizon, and to the southeast is V Mountain (which has sunrise behind it in spring). A constant that you'll experience staying here is quiet with the sounds of nature. Bird song will be your companion as will the sound of the breeze through the ponderosas. At night, you can see the starlit sky truly free of light pollution and listen to the lulling sounds of nocturnal nature. And, there's a hiking trail for you and your furry family members, too. Plus, a fully fenced yard! How rare are these for AirBnB?! The cabin is very inviting and easily will meet your needs. The bedding is comfortable. Water pressure is good. The furniture is definitely easy to fall asleep on after a day enjoying the area. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You'll be happy you did

Joan was very friendly and resourceful. The cabin was very peaceful. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Very nicely appointed and the owners were super responsive to our texts, very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. During the winter, you definitely need a four-wheel-drive vehicle if it snows!

Shawn was really nice and met us on arrival to let us in the house and explain a few things. We really liked being able to bring our dog and service dog, and that Shawn’s pet fee is extremely economical compared to other places we’ve stayed. The house is beautiful, the listing was exactly as shown, and there was more than enough space for our family of four plus dogs. We were able to cook inside and out, and there was plenty of cookware. There were plenty of towels and blankets, too. We would gladly stay here again!

My husband has told me several times what a great place I rented! Very peaceful, clean, loved the hot tub, the river was just up the drive. The king size bed was amazing! So comfortable, actually the most comfortable of all rentals we have stayed in. Our only issue is that the dryer does not dry clothes very well. One pair of jeans took 3 times to dry and other small loads was 3 times to dry. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and will return!

Again, Kyle's cabin was a great place to stay. I heartily recommend his place to guests. A hidden bonus if you like hiking. There is a trail across the highway that is moderate level climb and takes you through some beautiful scenery.

Great place to stay. Four of us stayed for a week and traveled all over Colorado and New Mexico with this as our home base. Very comfortable and clean. Great Prairie dog village out back for entertainment along with the visiting deer. Cooked some local bison brats and burgers on the grill. Fully stocked home with all the amenities and more. Well be back sometime for sure.

My family and I loved staying here. The location is great and we loved being able to walk to town. The home had everything we needed.

We spent a week here in March with our adult daughter while looking to purchase a home in South Fork. This cozy cabin provided the comforts we needed at a good value for the price. The gas fireplace kept us cozy when a snowstorm arrived, and we found the kitchen equipping sufficiently to cook some meals at home, instead of eating out all the time. The fiber optic internet was adequate for our daughter to do some work for her job, and we enjoyed watching a movie on the TV. The best of all though was the view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, seeing the deer, walking into the national forest, and getting to know South Fork. Thank you for the great stay.

Amazing host. Eric is a tremendous host and was super helpful and responsive. He has a great property and the beauty of the location is unmatched. The night sky is absolutely insane. Lots of hiking and fishing in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunate circumstances brought us to town, but this home was so beautiful and peaceful. Just what we needed. Everything was clean. Highly recommend.
