This modern residential area is often featured in lifestyle guides for its excellent restaurants, taverns, cafes, and bars. It's a short drive to some of the best beaches of Attica, and walking distance from Metro station. The apartment is near the metro station Argyroupoli (line M2) just a 3-4 minute walking. The ideal location of a house without the need to use a car. However a parking space is available in front of the house upon request. The parking space is available in front of the House, except Saturdays from 5:00 to 15:30, February 2 and for four months, as the entrance and exit from our street will be closed do to Market Stall that is taking place on Agias Varvaras Street. Alternatively, if you want to move on Saturday morning you have the possibility to park (ideally in the afternoon) of Friday in the surrounding streets.
