Vacation rentals with beach access in South Athens

Place is great. Not too far from the downtown area. Maybe 15-25 minutes by cab if depending on traffic. The beach is walking distance away and there some some restaurants and shops in the area too. Everything was perfect and the host was very accommodating to our check in and check out times.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, really spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed there. Christina was extremely helpful, and so was Suzie, the lovely lady who showed us around. The location was great too, just a few minutes walk to the beach and the tram stop. We had a wonderful time, thank you so much Christina & Suzie!

Excellent stay. The apartment is perfect close to the sea and a lively street where there are shops, bars and restaurants. Athens is easily accessible by bus. Lia and her husband are quality hosts who were able to give us all the information and advice in advance to prepare for our stay. Many thanks to them.

We had an amazing time. Everything was great we were picked up arranged through Bill and Helena which was excellent Niki (our driver) was full of information and so friendly . Let us in the apartment and showed us everything. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed . The area was lovely short walk to beach which I absolutely loved . Shops and restaurants nearby. Shower was lovely air conditioning great .Helena was so hopefully and managed to arrange a late check and arranged our journey back to airport. Again this was done brilliantly with lovely friendly (forgotten name sorry) lady who was great we chatted all the way. I felt so welcome and would definitely stay again . Thank you ❤️

It was a really lovely apartment in a very well connected area, with the tram stop on the same street and the metro a couple of minutes, It was also a lovely area, with lots of food and drink options as well as we always felt safe! The apartment was lovely inside, the outside area was very nice. Very nice bathroom and kitchen, and the bedroom was very big. Theodore made sure all our needs were met, if we had any questions or problems. They even dropped round batteries for us when the tv remote wasn’t working! So incredibly helpful and made us feel very at home. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

It was a prolonged stay, for about 3 months and everything was great from the first until the last day. We will definitely come back. Mary is a fantastic host, always helpful. kind and very attentive.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Timos was an outstanding host. He provided the extra food and amenities that made us feel at home. I definitely recommend him and his home.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

Clara was friendly, with a beautiful home that was well stocked for everything we needed.

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at Belle Maison. The experience was flawless from start to finish. The accommodation was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed the neighborhood cats, I didn't was disturbed at all. If you came in Greece, you must love cats! I highly recommend Belle Maison for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Aegina. Looking forward to returning!

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

AMAZING! This place is just amazing. I've never had that in the many Airbnbs I've been to. Lots of attention upon arrival and perfect communication with Dionysis. A very well-equipped balcony where it is pleasant to sit and a location in a very cute neighborhood and close to the sea. I would recommend this place x1000.

Kostantino was extremely helpful! He helped us everytime we asked to, fast and friendly. The place was homey, and the location is perfect! There is a bus station, metro station, tram station and grocery stores.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

We had a lovely stay at Nektarios's. The apartment is very clean and well arranged . Air conditioning in all rooms is very useful in hot weather. The location is ideal for visiting Athens easily without being in the center! Nektarios was very attentive to our needs and very responsive, even though we couldn't see him in person. The only downside may be the noise from the boulevard which is very busy, but that didn't stop us from sleeping! We recommend it.

The apartment was great it felt like home and you had it all. There is right next door for coffee and breakfast as well as anything else you need to cook. the place is close to all shops, restaurants,club 10 minutes walk. generally highly recommend

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!
