In the yard sauna, a hot shower and ready firewood for heating the stove. You can heat your own meals in the kitchen corner. Great instructions for all activities. Pet fee €10. Easy departure cleaning =just your own marks off. NOTE: Pet household, wood heating and old cottage can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise :(

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, wooded lot in Kajaani, an atmospheric cottage for 6 people with a lovely wood-burning lakeside sauna. The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

Cozy, tidy apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.

Two bedroom cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully equipped cottage with two bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and electric heated sauna. The yard has a patio and a barbecue canopy. The beach of the pond, where boats and a large barbecue hut, are occupied by residents. 12 kilometers from Kajaani. We rent a lakeside sauna for an extra price during the time of the melted land. The maximum number of people is 4 adults + 2 children (under 14).

The 80-year-old log cabin has been given a new life after a complete renovation. The cottage is in a quiet area, close to the center of Sotkamo. Nice old garden plot. Air heat pump for cooling and heating. The yard building has a modest wood-fired sauna that is currently in sauna condition, but will be completely renovated during the summer. The bedroom has 2 separate beds and the living room has a double sofa bed. The price includes linens and towels.

The Magnificent Kivikylä

This is a fully equipped house in the countryside on Kajaani. It's up on the hill so magnificient views all year round. And 100 % snowproof on winter. It is a good place see Northern light if the sky is clear. Unfortunately Nothern lights happen only occasionally, not every night. Streets are cleared every day during the winter.
