Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Beautiful olde worlde cottage with two good sized double bedrooms and practical living area. Low ceilings make it atmospheric but do watch your heads! Perfect for business use, the cottage is just next to the bus route and close to M1 for a journey stopover. Ideal to stay in for events at Aston Hall, just down the road, or in Rotherham or Sheffield, with bus stops to both 2 min away. Shop and pub in very easy walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

Adrian and Debs were very welcoming and friendly. They were easy to relate to and helpful in giving advice about the local area. The room is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The location is very good in terms of access to the town centre, local buses, take-aways and a very good real ale pub. It was lovely to have good quality muesli, tea and milk provided for breakfast. I heartily recommend this great place to stay.

A serene and peaceful place which looked exactly like the photos. You would feel at home right away. Town is 30 min walk and the hills only a 15 min drive. Perfect for a town and country break. Lucy was very friendly and welcoming.

Great house, Great for families to explore Sheffield and surrounding area. The house is in a quiet residential area on the edge of Sheffield close to local amenities Halfway tram stop and Morrisons a short walk. It is not far to get to Gullivers theme park, which was a hit with the kids. The peak district is not far and worth a visit. Recommend checking out surprise view. This house is most likely that we will return to when in Sheffield to visit family.
