Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The house is 220 m2 of high quality living space i the danish countryside by Lake Gyrstinge in Central Zealand. 4 doublerooms, sleeping loft w. 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equiped for 10 persons, big living room. Completely furnished with all neccesary houshold utensils. The house holds a wood-fired sauna and a wilderness spa which guests can rent for an additional fee of DKK 1100 for the spa and 700 for the sauna. If you rent both items the cost is DKK 1500 for two days.

Sunny apartment in an charming old house situated in a protected area-2 km from castle, town, beach and forest. The house lies on a smal road with some traffic. The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet. You also have table and chairs close by the house. In the new kitchen the guests make their own breakfast. The place can be booked longer term at a lower price.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
